Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is an understatement for this place. Elodie is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Her breakfast is like heaven and every detail in the hotel has to be discovered. Rooms are really original decorated and very cosy. It was our second stay and we will definitely return!

Absolutely charming boutique hotel within walking distance of sites, shops and restaurants. The owner, Elodie, met us upon arrival and accommodated our special requests. She truly made us feel welcome and a valued client. The hotel was so quaint and inviting, from the period decor to the flowers to the individual butter cups at breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had everything, at no extra cost!

The hotel is superb and the host Elodie is simply exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, well provided for and the services excellent. The breakfast that Elodie provides has to be experienced to be believed it is simply the best. The hotel location is another major plus point being a very short walk from Ypres center with all of its shops, restaurants, bars and chocolate shops.

An absolute gem of a boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Ypres and the surrounding area. Comfortable and welcoming and made even more special by the care and attention shown to us by Elodie. The breakfast was outstanding with everything homemade. Would highly recommend.

I wonderful hotel full of interesting decor and furniture. Elixir, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Ideal location for sightseeing. Breakfast excellent, rooms, bed, en-suite fantastic. Many thanks for Elodie’s hospitality every day.

This hotel is in an excellent location and is perfect for exploration the area in town and the surrounding areas. The proprietor Eloodie was very attentive and did a great job. The personal service and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were delightful and the front lobby is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. All our needs and requests were met. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Quite the most remarkable Boutique hotel run by an equally remarkable and capable owner. The rooms are superbly appointed, the interior of the hotel "other worldly" once you have left the street. The breakfasts are incredible!! A wonderful way to start your day. Freshly cooked, plenty of choice and beautifully presented. Elodie even picked up on the fact that one of the days was our wedding anniversary providing champagne and roses! What more can you ask? This hotel and its owner deserve all the success and highly recommend it to you. Perfectly situated for the battlefields, if that is your interest and within easy walk of the centre of Ypres. For those who have not been to Ypres, it is a wonderful place to spend a few days.

What an absolutely beautiful and comfortable hotel! Elodie is probably one of the most accommodating hosts that I have ever met. Genuinely couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The decor is unique and tastefully done. Breakfast was lovely. We stayed in the rooms overlooking the courtyard but I believe all of the rooms are equally lovely. Can’t wait to go back again,
