Outdated facility. Cancelled my room key at 10 am before checking out. Charged US$35 for breakfast. Super greedy!

La zona ajardinada del hotel es muy bonita, vegetación, baobas, impalas, facoceros, monos…Instalaciones deportivas y piscina. Un shuttle gratuito acerca al centro . El staff muy amable. El tema restauración entre justo y correcto. Pero es un hotel muy grande y sus habitaciones necesitan una remodelación urgente.

Resort molto bello, curato e pulito. Immerso nel verde, con campo da golf. Personale super gentile e preparato. Ampi saloni, terrazze, piscine. Camera ampia con terrazzo e vista spettacolare. Letto super confortevole. Colazione ricchissima, come i pranzi al ristorante. Wi-Fi molto veloce. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We were treated well by stuff and management. They are the example of a paradise in Zimbabwe. Good food, great facilities and world class customer service. Management and employees coexist and work well in this resort. Communication is what drives them to excel

Without doubt the friendliest staff of any hotel I have ever encountered! They are just a delight and go out of their way to make your stay a joy! Also a great location and facilities! I cannot recommend this resort highly enough!!! Thank you for making my trip to the falls an incredible experience!

A wonderful reception and looked after very well - the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well positioned with Golf Course and Helicopter pad very near. It wasn't very busy which I suppose made it more pleasant but it is a big hotel. But all the staff were superb

Very clean and well maintained resort with one stop shop for local activities. Very courteous staff and shuttle service to the falls every hour was added bonus. Food quality could be better but other than that it’s a very beautiful and well kept resort.

What a traquil environment with friendly staff. `the resort is very close to the Falls with shuttles taking visitors at frequent intervals into town and into the night for some hide-out oplaces to meet the locals and other visitors from other hotels down town.
