這個價格真的衹要做到乾淨衞生，那還要啥自行車呀。房間裏面很乾凈，衞生間什麼的都搞得很乾凈，停車方便，也挺安靜的，下次去雙林還會選擇的。

Aalwayflying一家四口來珂玩家住了兩晚，感覺非常不錯。上下兩層的別墅，裝修和物件都挺有品味，晚上在泡池裡泡着私湯仰望星空，太舒服了。早上帶着小朋友去爬後山，感覺我們是包下了一整座山呀，春節期間沒人打擾、不用人擠人，真正度假的感覺！包含的下午茶和燭光晚餐也都挺好，兩頓晚餐菜品不重樣，早餐雖然品種不多，但還是挺精緻的，半自助的形式不浪費，早餐和下午茶有些點心都是山姆的，品質還是挺有保障的。不過兩天早餐都是一樣的，有點單調，如果能有些不一樣就更好了。特別要誇一下珂玩家的服務，每個人都非常專業，熱情但又有分寸，有求必應，管家王敞帥氣可愛熱情。我家兩個小朋友住過很多高端酒店，對酒店有一定的要求，但是對珂玩家一致好評，並且要求夏天再來住，哈哈！我們去了附近的竹博園，看了大熊貓和水影秀，餵了萌寵，竹博園值得一玩。

Y los lindos perros y gatos son tan curativos. A mi hijo le gustó tanto que no quería irse. 😃Un agradecimiento especial al ama de llaves Xiao Chen, quien estuvo muy atenta al ayudar a organizar todo. ¡Vendrá la próxima vez!

UUsuario invitadoInstalaciones: Las instalaciones populares son muy nuevas, tienen un sistema inteligente de control de voz de pequeña escala y son muy convenientes para operar.
Salud: La industria de la salud pública de Angi ha evolucionado muy bien desde hace tiempo, y los detalles de la salud y los servicios son bastante buenos, que rompen los problemas que habían preocupado a la salud pública y que han sido muy cómodos para permanecer.
Ambiente: Está cerca del centro turístico de la pradera, y a unos cinco minutos a pie puede llegar al autobús de los turistas antiguos.
Servicio: Este hotel es el jefe y opera personalmente en la tienda, y el servicio es muy detallado:
1. El viernes por la noche llega a la ciudad a las 10:00 horas. A través de la presentación del jefe de la casa, se nos recoge personalmente el traje de nieve y el conjunto de protección. El traje de nieve será mucho más limpio que el campo de nieve, y el estilo también es mejor verlo, y es muy conveniente limpiar en la montaña, La sensación personal es más limpia que la montaña, y después de todo, el costo del transporte para limpiar la montaña es bastante alto.
Y luego comer: el desayuno es a las ocho y medio, el arroz blanco es muy bueno, esto es un buen día para varios clientes que se quedan ese día. No tengo miedo de que el jefe te ayude a mantener el calor en el armario y hablarle con ella antes.
En resumen, las dos noches de esta estancia siguen siendo muy satisfactorias y el servicio intimidad es un gran punto adicional. ¡Finalmente, un pequeño compañero de esquí debe ir temprano! Especialmente en el fin de semana, demasiados personas básicamente no pueden deslizar después de la tarde!

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
