La piscina de Sakura, que era un buen arte, nos disfrutó de la sesión de la noche del día, y la única de la piscina, que fue un buen placer de sumergirse en agua caliente en una noche fría. Las otras piscinas también eran únicas, 1 con nano burbuja que se nos dijo fue importada de Japón. Después de sumergirse, nos hizo la piel más suave. También nos disfrutamos de la otra piscina cerca de la ventana que estaba con la más alta temperatura. El hotel ofrece un servicio excelente. Gracias a sus agentes de visitas dedicados. También tuvimos un buen sueño en la cama cómoda. Para aquellos que desean unas vacaciones relajadas y no demasiado lejos del mundo de entretenimiento de los recién llegados Genting Resorts, el Yanné Onsen Hotel es una gran opción.

Room size is huge, most of the amenities are provided included toothbrush and towels. However, room service may not be as thorough as the floor is still dusty and probably because the whole property is still partially under renovation, the sound and dust may be a little disturbing. No room service / 24mart nearby for the hungry people. Breakfast is ok, but some items are cold already even though they are on the buffet serving area. It’s not walking distance from Genting but thankfully for the shuttle services (not free, it ranged from 6RM - 10RM depending on timing). But staff are friendly. So this is a good point.

No he estado en Awana desde hace mucho tiempo. Se ha renovado. El cuarto es amplio con transbordador gratuito a salida de prima. El estacionamiento es gratuito pero se han detenido dando la complimentación (cabo ). La comida fue maravillosa. Totalmente enamorado del tiempo y de la naturaleza que lo rodea. Para alguien que aprecia la naturaleza recomendaría Awana. Volverá pronto.

Check-in: Check in was smooth albeit a little slow. Probably the slowest check-in among all hotels I’ve been too. Not sure why he needed so much time to check the Trip.com documents and register me. Room: The rooms are located in a separate building next to the lobby building. After checking-in, you will have to walk out of the lobby and turn right towards the residential building and car park. Cleanliness: Honestly, for a hotel with such great reviews I wonder why the “Executive 2 bedroom residence” is not well maintained. Cupboards all have stains and scratches. The windows are extremely filthy. They don’t seem to clean the windows so it’s full of bird droppings and some other stains, blurring and marring the otherwise beautiful view outside. When I entered the room, there were 2 bigass mosquitoes the size of my thumb (like Taiwan Jiufen/Shifen size mozzies) dead on the bedsheet and 2 on the window sill. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Amenities: They have a list of amenities they claim to provide in the room and if any goes missing, you’re liable to pay for them. But here’s the catch, most amenities are not actually in the room and are only provided upon request, such as bathrobes. So make sure you check what you have and what you don’t to avoid any possibility of being scammed Hairdryer’s button is loose and dead so the hairdryer turns on but you’re stuck on that high heat setting forever~ There is a kitchenette and a huge fridge but there are NO UTENSILS and NO CROCKERY and NO COOKWARE. You literally just have an induction stove but can’t do anything since no pots and pans provided. The kettle is also sus looking so don’t use. Should buy a travel kettle. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet was lovely. The spread was quite substantial and the food was not bad especially the nasi lemak. So sedap. BUT coffee and tea was horrid. They don’t have coffee machine for latte/cappuccino so you’re stuck with poor grade kopi-O kosong and teh-O kosong. Sugar and creamer packets are provided tho. Soft-boiled eggs were my go-to during my stay there haha. Their soft-boiled eggs are as good as yakun. Do note however that when heading for the breakfast buffet every morning, you will have to first go to the lobby building to take that lift to the cafe. BUT THE LOBBY REAKS OF PUBLIC TOILET SMELL AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL SMELL from the early morning. They literally have no air freshener in their lobby so be prepared to hold your breath every morning like I did when you pass by the lobby to the cafe for breakfast. Seriously stinks and makes me queasy before and after breakfast. I don’t think an air freshener is expensive SO INVEST IN ONE FOR GOD’S SAKE OH MY GOD. Others: There is a cafe/restaurant right downstairs the hotel called Gravity Cafe. Friendly warning don’t. Just Don’t. I’ve tried and tested. It’s a scam. A very big scam. RM119 for ONE Häagen-Daz size container of Tom yum soup with half a whole squid, 2 prawns and 2 mussels. The rest of the container is just maggie mee. A lot of maggie mee to make up for the claim of “serves 2”. RM5 for 1 serving of white rice was a shock to me. We ordered 2 sets of the Tom yum soup (which is supposed to serve 4 ppl) and 3 plain white rice for RM265.50 including room service delivery fee. Jokes on us. Overall: Good to try for once. Won’t come back again 👍🏻

Cuando nos ingresamos, le dijo al personal que habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y él se equivocó que habíamos reservado una unidad de 2 dormitorios, por lo que sólo nos damos 1 parking. Después de un argumento menor, sólo revisó el sistema y se dio cuenta de que reservamos 2 unidades, por lo que hay 2 parques de estacionamiento. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. ¿Por qué es eso? 3. cuando nos echamos de vuelta y nos dijeron que necesitamos nuestro tarjeta de acceso con nosotros? Quiero decir, todos volvieron la tarjeta de acceso al lobby durante el check-out, ¿por qué la dirección nos gustaría mantener esa tarjeta para salir del estacionamiento? ¿Por qué es tan molesto para sus clientes?

Reservamos Sarang para un evento privado para 35 huéspedes. Las habitaciones son limpias y decoradas con gusto. Amar el diseño de la tabla de libros en todas las habitaciones. Despertar al sonido de aves de atraco, testigo de un gran arbusto y un arbusto subiendo a un gran tronco de árboles, mientras que aún se ahogó en la cama. ¿Qué cool es eso? . Excelente vista de la selva de nuestra habitación. La piscina es limpia y fría. Nos enfriamos alrededor de la piscina y el jardín de bambú para nuestros alimentos y bebidas. Algunos de nuestros huéspedes participaron en el trekking nocturno y el refinado de agua organizado por Sarang. Fue simplemente unas aventures increíbles. Todo estaba bien planeado. Nuestros huéspedes se disfrutaron mucho. Nos mantuvimos recibiendo comentarios hermosos de nuestros huéspedes sobre lo fantástico que era su estancia @ Sarang. Gracias Sarang por hacer de nuestra estancia una memorable!

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.
