衞生還行，衞生間也沒有臭味，周圍過了晚上十二點也挺安靜的，就是剛開始開空調的時候聞到有股煙味，開了一段時間通風后就好多了。就是蚊子真的很多，超兇那種，直接鑽你被窩裡，我第一天被咬醒三次。於是第二天找老闆拿了電蚊香，但是作用不大，於是又找他拿了那種燒線圈的蚊香，這種作用不錯，第二天晚上就能安穩睡覺啦。老闆很不錯，對於這個價位來説，我衹要求衞生和安靜，所以這種體驗還算不錯

Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong
The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻
The staff were also so polite and friendly!!
Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!
But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

ʚʚ ღ ɞBueno, donde empiezo. Reservamos un mes de estancia en Wei Gang Wan en Huizhou para estar cerca de la familia. Viajamos desde el aeropuerto internacional de Hong Kong en taxi (aproximadamente 2 horas y media) a la dirección proporcionada por trip.com, que se demostró ser la dirección equivocada. Y luego llamó al servicio al cliente la noche para ser dito que era el edificio completamente equivocado, tuvimos que bajar un scooter eléctrico con todos los 4 grandes maletas y 5 personas en, La ubicación del hotel es muy rica, muy rica y muy rica. No es fácil, pero no es fácil, especialmente después de 30+ horas de viaje y a la noche.
La habitación tiene una vista al mar pero difiere de las fotos que publicaron. Se pidió que se cambiase a una habitación como la que tenían en trip.com pero no se dijo disponible. En general, las habitaciones son aceptables limpias y espaciosas. Los canales de televisión son muy limitados, ya que sólo tenían paquetes muy básicos y no se suscriben a ningún paquete adicional, por lo que tiene muy limitado acceso a los Juegos Olímpicos. La TV era vieja y la luz de atrás era mala, pero no fue sustituida durante nuestra estancia.
A pesar de algunos problemas que nos enfrentamos, debo decir que el servicio al cliente era muy bueno, están disponibles 24/7 y siempre allí para ayudar.
En general, debido a la ubicación, a pesar de algunos problemas, consideraremos que nos quedaremos de nuevo en el futuro.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times.
One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us.

Shen Xia es muy cariñoso y se lleva bien cuidado de los niños. Vamos, el único inconveniente es que los fuegos artificiales son demasiado ruidosos por la noche. Higiene: El hotel está situado en la costa y se ve muy afectado por la salinidad. Algunas partes están corroídas y parecen un poco antiguas, pero en general está bien. Se recomienda que el hotel refuerce este aspecto.
Entorno: El entorno es muy bueno, adecuado para vacaciones, con playa independiente, pero la arena es del tipo de piedras pequeñas, no arena fina, lo que tiene otra característica; hay una calle detrás del hotel por aproximadamente uno o dos kilómetros, con restaurantes, etc., lo cual es muy conveniente, a diferencia de algunos hoteles resort que están relativamente remotos y solo se puede comer en el hotel.
Servicio: El servicio es el mejor aspecto de todo el hotel. Cuando te registras, hay un personal de recepción que puede agregar WeChat y brindar un servicio personalizado. WeChat puede responder a tus necesidades en cualquier momento. El personal de recepción llamado Coke a menudo toma la iniciativa de preguntar si hay algo que necesitas. El director nos ha actualizado gratis el edificio 8, la vista del balcón aquí es muy abierta, inocente, el paisaje del mar es inexistente, la habitación es muy grande, la habitación de Okinawa es muy interesante, muy satisfecha, es alto en el medio de dos o cuatro alrededores, como una isla, ¡Caminando con agua corriente, el agua corriente no se ahogará en los pies cuando se limpia! Muchos hoteles no lo hacen. Su balcón tiene un armario de ropa de cama enriquecido y es muy conveniente para los huéspedes! Viví en muchos hoteles y el balcón tiene un armario de ropa de cama solo en esta familia! El servicio del director Andy es muy cuidadoso, recordando muchas cosas que debo prestar atención, incluso a las horas de desayuno, las horas de calor, los mensajes cortos me informan, el servicio real de 5 estrellas! UUsuario invitadoWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
