The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

TTom07No hay muchos hoteles que permiten perros! Este es uno, pero hay muchas restricciones pequeñas. Los perros no están permitidos en los restaurantes ni para el desayuno. Esto es comprensible por un lado, pero aparte de un pequeño canel en las entradas no hay posibilidades de acoger a los animales. Con un hotel tan grande, se puede establecer fácilmente un lugar para perros fuera donde pueden esperar un alquiler con agua y comida.

UUsuario invitado暑假出遊，想住南崑山上，空氣好、景色也不錯的地方，所以定了這家酒店的親子聯通房，一間親子房+一間雙床房，中間打通，很方便。酒店去年才開業，很新、很漂亮也很乾凈，洗手間乾濕三分離，智能馬桶也很好用。房間裏有提前準備的水果、零食和飲料，全部都是免費的，礦泉水喝完了要續也是免費送過來。酒店設施齊全，有天際泳池，有私家湯泉，有小童樂園，有健身房，應有盡有。酒店大堂有現磨咖啡和果茶免費提供，對於每天都要咖啡續命的我來説簡直就是福音，有需要的話，服務員還會主動幫忙送到房間，好評好評！ 對於酒店的服務，必須5星好評，有求必應，服務到位，最後退房還送了一個充電寶和頸枕，簡直是驚喜！ 還有一個小插曲，小朋友的項鍊落在酒店我們自己沒發現，後面是酒店人員主動聯繫到我，詢問確認之後，還幫我們快遞寄回來了，簡直不要太好！

La experiencia fue muy mala y el servicio de salud no fue bueno... Pedí hacer el check out pero no. Se otorgó el reembolso. Este hotel Miyue Santori me brindó una gran experiencia. Aunque el hotel no es grande, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y a nuestra familia le gusta mucho. Hay una playa abajo y no hay mucha gente en la playa. Es muy adecuada para viajar con niños y parejas. ¡Lo más importante es que allí es muy tranquilo y es muy cómodo vivir allí! Los detalles de la habitación son muy buenos. ¿Hay bañera en cada habitación? Tomar fotografías directamente frente al mar es muy fotogénico, pero el restaurante en el décimo piso del hotel tiene una muy buena vista. Es muy relajante viajar de vacaciones. El servicio del ama de llaves también es muy bueno y considerado. Necesito hacer preguntas, el ama de llaves responderá de inmediato. El hotel también tiene estaciones de carga. Aún así, el cargo es gratuito. Si vuelvo la próxima vez, también elegiré este hotel.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

The facilities were great. The view from our room was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus. We had easy access to everything we needed, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in sharing the location of the nearby wet market, which was quite useful.
Food:
We enjoyed the food during our stay. We found several good food options and a halal restaurant nearby, about 2 kilometers away. This variety made our dining experiences enjoyable and convenient.
Accommodation:
We were two adults and three kids sharing one room. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the amazing view added to our overall satisfaction. The price of the room was reasonable during our visiting time.
Parking:
We parked our car outside the building for free, which was convenient. There is an option to park inside the building for 40 RMB per day if you prefer more security.
Overall Experience:
Overall, the trip was very enjoyable. The kids had a great time, and the combination of excellent service, convenient facilities, and good food made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel no tiene nada que ver desde el exterior, y hay trabajos de construcción alrededor, pero es nuevo y la habitación era muy grande con camas cómodas. La playa está a dos minutos y tiene muchas actividades de agua, no tenía salón de sol sino sillas de cubierta, lo cual fue bueno. UUsuario invitadoWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
