Were stuck for a place to stay when we arrived and stumbled upon Iris Hill coincidentally. Got booked in and shown to our rooms which were great, lovely sofa’s, smart tv’s, a big fridge freezer and extremely comfortable beds in spacious rooms. There is a lovely sitting area in the courtyard beside reception and even a pool. We had an extremely comfortable stay here and were very well looked after during our stay. The price may be slightly higher than others in the area but it is definitely worth it. Would recommend.

La llegada al hotel fue muy acogedora. La recepción es preciosa y los botones muy amables. Nuestra habitación con vistas al río era muy bonita. Disfrutamos mucho del desayuno buffet, había mucha variedad y toda la comida estaba riquísima. El Chef Lamb Trong estuvo muy atento con las alergias alimentarias que tengo. Me explicó con detalle qué podía comer y prestó mucha atención cuando cogía comida. Una gran experiencia y un hotel 100% recomendado. Está a 30 minutos del centro, pero es un camino que se hace muy rápido ya que se puede disfrutar por el paseo al lado del río.

Beautiful gardens, relaxing and serene . Suite was very comfortable with the best pillows I have ever had . Wonderful service from all staff ,particularly Harry ho. Friendly helpful and professional. But the complimentary massage from the spa was exquisite. A wide selection of different foods for breakfast . I miss my pressed coffee - the only downside to the whole experience

Superb! This is a cosy, peaceful and romantic hotel nested in a colonial style art deco villa. The rooms, bathrooms and furniture are finished to high specs and very comfortable. I treated myself to a superior double with balcony and was upgraded to a suite. For a change their pictures are true to reality! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Anna the day receptionist arranged a driver with a comfortable car to take me around the 6 emperor mausoleums and my limo transfer door to door to Danang for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

We came here with our 2 kids, also based on previous good reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with reality. The road to get here is already, let's say, adventurous, but ok, we knew it isn't at the city centre (our taxi driver asked us to tip him more because the road is so bad and he needs a lot of time to get back... From the centre of Hue it's about 30 minutes, and around 150K Dong/6€/6$). The buildings look nice enough and newish, but the grounds look unfinished, with a lot of stuff lying around, mostly dead organic material and fallen fruit. It comes across like someone had started tending to things, but stopped half way through. The people are friendly, we've experienced nothing else in Vietnam, but there's a bit of professionalism missing all across. The room itself was nicely styled and clean, the bed (very) hard, and we found no safe. We've only had breakfast here, no buffet as there weren't enough guests apparently, which was definitely not the best we've had during our trip around Vietnam. Overall we wouldn't come here again, but would probably take a hotel located more centrally, especially for a short stay, as from here, you'll not be able to experience Hue that easily.
