Muy buen hotel, perfectas instalaciones y personal muy atento.

We were upgraded to the Alba Hotel & Spa. Great location and the staff are exceptional. We got a fantastic reception. Room was spacious and shower was excellent (rainforest). Great variety at Breakfast.

Good place, clean and the staff is very nice. It has not restaurant.

Teníamos reserva para una habitación doble y llegamos al hotel la noche anterior a nuestra entrada y fueron lo bastante flexibles para acomodarnos en una familiar sin que tuviéramos que cambiarnos luego. Pieza luminosa, limpia y con balcón espacioso. Personal muy amable y atento. Ubicación estratégica a pocas calles del río.

The hotel is clean and tidy, friendly attentive staff, has all the facilities, And lovely buffet breakfast everyday. Near old town party district, street food restaurants and convienience shops. Ms Nguyen and staff looked after us and our tour group really well. Thank you.

The room was very clean and reception is very helpful! I like the decoration room! I will comeback again and recommend to all when they go to Hue city! Dislike: the room is not soundproof 😂 I can hear some people sang blabla

The spa and Jacuzzi are top notch and the front desk can help you get anywhere you want to explore. Very clean and the hotel is located close to the river for an early morning walk or run and to the center of the city. It is very safe at all hours.

I stayed in Alba Hotel, Hue, Vietnam not be confused with Alba Spa Hotel near by. After a quick check in on 11 Jan night i was shown my room 101. A huge room with all the facilities. I never expected to be given such a huge room, with sofa set, three wardrobes and a huge bathroom. Breakfast Was in their restaurant on the fifth floor. The view from there was awesome. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was off the main Road 15-20 mins walking distance to the perfume river. Not very far from the Imperial Palace.

The bedroom was the best part. The beds were big, especially my parents. The bedside table was also quite spacious and I could put most of my night things there. The only big problem was the leaking shower, since it got the whole bathroom wet everytime we took a shower. Other than that the staff were informative and friendly and the breakfast was nice (the bacon is quite sticky and hard to bite into but that's just me, probably). The hotel was nice and cozy and it's easy for anyone who wants to walk around the city a lot. P. S the hotel's taxi fare is quite expensive so finding your own driver who can drive you around is a better option 😌.

The hotel is not far from Perfume river, town center and the Imperial Citadel. They are in walking distances. The room is clean and beds are big and nice. Breakfast are fine. A la cart on the first night was good but on the 2nd day wasn't. (guess it was a different cook). On the 3rd and 4th there were buffet because more guests arrived, but can't help thinking that despite the varieties, the 1st day a la cart breakfast was better. Things to be improved : Bathroom : the leaking shower made the whole bathroom and towels wet everyday. I hope that maids didn't have to clean the room once guests checked out. Some room checked out so early like 6 am and we had to listen to the loud sound of the maid moving beds, chairs, etc and it's impossible to go back to sleep after that. This is really loud when the sky is not not bright and all 3 of us were forced to wake up. Finally, i hope the staffs would be more helpful for arranging cars/taxi/transportation/trip. We were told the hotel could arrange a car to pick us up from hue train station for 250,000 vnd when the first taxi there only offerred us 60,000 vnd (for 5-6 min ride) before bargaining. A trip to alba hot spring cost a million vnd and even more than a taxi we rented for danang trip with a few stops. So we didnt dare to ask any services from the hotel any longer. Ps. It's a fine place but not that great. Not bad. But i guess next time we should try others.

Ich war im ALBA Hotel für 3Wochen als Gast..Sehr aufmerksames Personal, speziell an der Rezeption,von Frau Huyen weiterhin möchte ichmeine Massagenjeden2.Tag mit der Benutzungdes Jacuzzisim ALBA Spa Hotel hervorheben, Sie kümmerten sich sehr um meine ,im speziellen um meine Kochkurse bei Madam Thu .Dankeschön und ich werde bald ins ALBA Hotel zurückkehren.
