We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the owners were very warm and welcoming. They offered to drive us everywhere, from local restaurants to Mount Hua's customer service center. They also provided complementary water bottles throughout our stay. The room itself was extremely clean and we had a mountain view which was nice. Would recommend this place to any visitors looking to hike up Mount Hua!

The hotel is very new, built in 2023, very clean, no smell any smoking ordor. I'm very happy my wife also very happy. She said if come back will stay here again. Very recommended. The hotel owner is very helpful, help to pick up from high speed train station and drop off even I just stay one night. This hotel very close to Hashan.

Perfectly located if you are interested in climbing to HuaShan, the hotel is 10' walking from the Turist Center/entrance of the scenic area. The hotel is newly build; the rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and fully furnished with everything you may need. We were extremely impressed by the kindness of the couple managing the structure; they offered a free pick up service from/to the train station and volunteered to help us out on other needs of ours. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room is clean and bright. Everything looks newly renovated. All the basic amenities are there. Take note they don’t provide toilet floor mat and hand towels. But there is a useful hot water dispenser in the room. The host is very hospitable and offer to fetch us to various destinations. He also helped us book tickets to Huashan and thus save us a lot of hassles in securing tickets as we are foreigners. He also answered most queries we had on climbing Huashan. We highly recommend stay at this hotel to enjoy great local hospitality. There is also a busy market and various interesting eateries near hotel.

the hotel and service are excellent! the manager/owner tried to contact me on check in date but something is wrong with my number. He offered transport to city, back and forth from Huashan North station, and even sent and picked me up for Huashan climb trip. I entertained my request for early ride to Huashan entrance. He even offered free room upgrade which I really appreciate. Take note there is no foot towel. Highly recommended.

The hotel owner is really kind to the guests who stay. We were helped to order food, taken to the bus stand to Mount Huashan, also taken to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel. The building is quite new, and the room, washroom, and amenities were all exceptional. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The host picked us up from the train station, took us to a restaurant, picked us up after our meal, gave us fruit, and helped us buy the tickets for Huashan. He gave us a ride early in the morning to the mountain the next day, gave us hiking gloves which made hiking a lot easier, and picked us up after a full day of hiking. He did all of this without charging anything extra, which is above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We would highly recommend staying here!

從台灣第一次來華山，在Trip上搜尋許多家民宿的評論，發現這家難得沒有負評而下訂，因為我沒有內地的手機門號請老闆加我微信，不到三分鐘就回覆我，使我安心不少，老闆讓我把搭乘的高鐵到站時間發給他，他會在站外等候，這服務真的貼心，其間問老闆買手套及ok繃哪買，說他那兒有索性就送我了，讓我覺得很不好意思，爬完山後我們想回民宿附近餐廳吃飯，老闆載我們回去吃完後又送我們去搭高鐵，老闆人真的很實在，房間不算大，但住起來絕對舒適，值得推薦！嗯

為了第二天一大早登華山，提前一晚住在他家，老闆給免費升級了房間，還幫忙把行李提到二樓房間，一次性洗臉巾乾淨衞生，飲水機喝熱水方便，床睡着挺舒服，周邊很安靜。一樓有他家小超市，補給方便，價格合理。除了高鐵站接送，老闆還一大早幫忙開車送到景區大門，雖然走到華山遊客服務中心也不遠。

這次真的非常非常滿意，本來衹是抱着試一試的心態訂的這家酒店，但老闆的服務態度真的令我很驚訝，從沒見過如此熱情的老闆，不僅在我第一次入住的時候免費幫我升級了房型，還貼心幫我提前打開空調，教我淋浴怎麼用，甚至連我的背包拉鍊老闆都親自幫我修好，不然第二天爬華山都沒包背了，然後當天爬完又續住了一晚，總之，一萬個點贊，就是感覺衞生間的玻璃有點兒透，外面人看裏面能看見，其他的真的非常滿意，讓我的華山之旅非常開心，真的非常感謝老闆，以後有朋友來一定會推薦這裏，最後祝老闆生意興隆！

完全超預期，老闆一家人超好！免費接送！推薦當地美食！介紹華山注意事項！還借給我們小電驢出去逛街！他們家房間也是非常乾淨整潔、設施齊全、裝修漂亮，住起來很舒適！我想説這個價位絕對沒有第二家，這次下雨爬山很多景色沒看到，我們一家還會再來爬華山，還住他們家！

這次四家人一起來華山遊玩，老闆幫忙訂票，並親自送到華山景區，下山又來接。老闆夫婦服務非常熱情，有求必應，熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，房間設施也很贊，床品柔軟舒適，睡了個好覺。衞生間乾淨無異味，熱水即開即有。全屋Wi-Fi信號強，充電接口也多，很方便，下次還會選這兒，也會介紹朋友來這兒。
