La habitación no sólo está dispuesta muy bonita, sino también limpia y cómoda, el espacio de la habitación familiar es grande, muchos detalles se notan! El paisaje es muy bonito, hay paisajes de montaña + mar, piscina no celestial es super hermoso! Ya sea cómoda o hermosa es realmente la misma que en las fotos, es una experiencia de alojamiento muy agradable, el servicio también es muy bueno, realmente vale la pena recomendarlo!

En el viaje, la gente que había encontrado esta práctica económica involuntariamente, que no había esperado vivir tan feliz en la noche, y especialmente las muñecas suaves que duermen muy cómodas, no había querido levantarse. La única desventaja es que se encuentra en la ciudad, pero sin su propio estacionamiento, y tiene que ir a buscar un estacionamiento (el jefe dice que es en gran medida bueno).

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

Room is quite a decent size for a family of 4 in a square shape configuration. Simple amenities are available in the room. And there is a hot water dispenser at the lobby and also a small space where they offer drinks and snacks if we are waiting for the laundry which is just directly opposite the hotel. Most importantly is the car park, it is always packed and finding carpark space beside the hotel is very challenging. Depending on your luck, you may need to use the other carpark which requires a 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Very central location. Very kind and responsive host. Check-in procedure should be communicated ahead of time. No elevator. Overall, positive experience in the end.

Hotel. El hotel era muy barato en el momento de la reserva, por lo que no esperaba nada especial, pero me sorprendió la calidad del servicio que ofrecían. El restaurante es limpio, hay un gran espacio, hay un estacionamiento convencional, si se está estacionando, subvenciona 100 gastos de estacionamiento, está cerca del centro de la ciudad, es muy conveniente comprar cosas y la calle es muy cómoda, se quedará de nuevo.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! The service review is specifically for the front desk. The front desk was fully staffed at the time of check in with the manager assisting and we still weren’t acknowledged when we were next in line. They weren’t assisting other guest but just kept typing on their computers and shuffling papers around. On a different occasion, the front desk gal was trying to multitask instead of giving me her full attention and addressing all my concerns. I felt like I was bothering her 😐 Everyone else was very friendly and always greeted and thanked us in passing or made nice comments 👍🏼
