El hotel está en un centro comercial, y no hay ninguna indicación de las puertas abiertas después de que el centro esté cerrado y las que no están. Google Maps no está al corriente de eso, así que si usted está confiando en eso o en un servicio similar para volver al hotel, tenga en cuenta que no funcionará, y los empleados no le proporcionarán información útil sobre esto a menos que lo solicite. En el registro, finalmente logré entrar por Catharinje Esplanade. No hay ninguna indicación de que el servicio de habitaciones supuestamente 24 horas no era realmente 24 horas. Pero *gestion* necesita hacer un trabajo mucho mejor comunicando qué servicios están o no disponibles y cuándo. No prometa algo que tus empleados no pueden ofrecer. Si la gestión estableciera sólo expectativas realistas y proporcionara información un poco más útil, sería un hotel agradable.

Buen hotel de la cadena Hilton situado en un gran centro conercial al lado mismo de la estación de tren y en pleno centro de Utrecht. Ofrecen desayuno gratuito de cortesía, con buena variedad y calidad. Tiene gimnasio y buena connexión wifi. Personal joven y atento.

This was advertised as a four star hotel . It wasn’t . Old and outdated with a musty smell in the halls. Dark and dingy room with no air conditioning. The room and bathroom were full of flies. The fitted sheets were so small that you would wake up every morning lying on the hard mattress. The shower (which was a bath unit with a shower attachment) totally soaked the floor whenever it was switched on and the shower screen wasn’t installed correctly. Breakfast on our first day consisted of a buffet with congealed scrambled egg and a unit which had only 4 slices of bacon . We were also offered chicken sausages which were disgusting . There was no toaster. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t wait to get out of the place . It was depressing .

Muy bien situado. Cerca de muchas tiendas y fácil acceso a los servicios de autobús. Off a una calle ocupada pero la habitación estaba tranquila. Bella habitación de tamaño con todas las cosas básicas que necesitas. La habitación está muy bien, pero no me gusta el desayuno, pero está disponible para comprar por separado y me parece muy agradable.

We have stayed there twice and both times the service and food was the best you could ask for. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always kept clean and we always feel saft staying there and the price is great. If you need a place to stay in Zeist NL. you need to look no farther than the Hotel Theater Figi ” it's the best” Van and Linda Scott

Nos hospedamos un grupo de 30 personas durante 3 noches y todo hemos coincidido que se trata de un gran hotel. Incluso con recepcionista española; mas exactamente granadina que lleva en este hotel varios años y que en todo momento estuvo muy comprometida con nuestro grupo. Un saludo especial para ella, Laura. Está tan bien situado este hotel que solo saliendo del mismo te encuentras con una gran plaza, rodeada por la Estacion Central, un gran Centro Comercial lujosisimo, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia... total: inmejorable situacion. A pesar de la cercania con la Estación de trenes y el bullicio de la calle, en la habitación no se escucha lo mas minimo. Perfectamente insonorizada. En la planta baja, la recepción (algo pequeña) el restaurante, donde tambien se ubica el magnifico buffet mañanero y dos ascensores. En la cuarta y octava planta, maquinas expendedoras de bebidas, chuches y tambien hielo; este, totalmente gratis. En la última planta, Spa con piscina panoramica, hidromasaje, sauna... En el interior de la habitación, no falta detalle: nevera, caja fuerte, plancha, secador... Sinceramente, un cuatro estrellas sobrado.

Absolutamente vergonzoso que un hotel de la categoría NH de un servicio tan pésimo a clientes habituales socios del NH club. Hemos estado 6 noches alojados en NH Utrecht. En éstos días se han olvidado de reponer toallas, café, azúcar, crema... y para rematar, la última tarde al llegar al hotel después de hacer turismo (20.15 h) al abrir la habitación encontramos que ni siquiera habían limpiado ni por supuesto repuesto toallas, café etcétera etcétera. Por suerte, Ángela, la recepcionista española, consiguió que unos compañeros de recepción subieran a limpiar la habitación ya que sorprendentemente no hay servicio de limpieza de guardia ni supervisión de la misma. De hecho es evidente que tienen falta de personal. Una verdadera vergüenza. Mañana nos vamos a Bruselas y también nos alojaremos en el NH Grand Place. Cruzo los dedos y me encomiendo a San Judas Tadeo, patrono de los imposibles.... Seguiré informando.

My stay at the Bunk Hotel exceeded all expectations. 1. Location - it was much better than I thought it would be - everywhere was close, there were many restaurants or bars around, as well as a shopping center, and the music complex where I spent most of my time was only one block away. 2 Facility - I spent two nights sleeping in the Bunk Pod and the capsule was of a much better standard than the capsules I had seen so far - first of all, it was higher and had a double mattress. In addition, the room itself, where the capsules were located, was well soundproofed. I slept great there. 3. Food - delicious and filling, the restaurant had both gluten-free and vegan options, and a detailed allergen chart is available. Kudos. 4. Service - by far the greatest value of the entire facility. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable. Let me give an example that surprised me: On the first evening I misunderstood the locker system and instead of using the free locker under the sleeping pod, I rented a paid locker in the corridor for 24 hours. I realized this within a couple of minutes, and immediately vacated the paid locker. I didn't have high hopes of getting the fee back, but I asked the staff about it, hoping for at least a partial refund. I was told at the reception desk that this would probably not be possible, but as compensation for this - even though it was my mistake - they could offer me a free coffee. A very nice gesture, which I accepted and carried on with my day. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received a refund of the full amount paid for the locker rental. I simply have no words, outstanding customer service. Most hotels would not care. 5. Self-service - an additional plus was that the entire check-in and check-out process is self-service. You can check in at any time, even in the middle of the night, and everything is done with access cards, even lockers. The only thing that comes to mind is that access to the capsules located higher up could be more comfortable - especially the ladders leading to them. That's the only downside - other than that, everything was excellent.

I travel regularly to the Netherlands and I always insist on staying and the Hotel Vianen. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, clean, well maintained and mostly quiet. WiFi is fast and reliable and bathroom facilities are excellent. There is a pool and Spa, however I have never used these so cannot comment on them. Plenty of parking outside and very close to a major road, so everything is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

El hotel está muy bien , las habitaciones grandes aunq las camas bastante incómodas y la limpieza de la habitación no muy buena las sabanas siete días las mismas y aspirar y fregar nada . Desayuno y cenas espectaculares.
