Excelente lugar. Muy recomendable excelentes habitaciones con cómodas camas. Y su locaciones hace que puedas llegar rapido a cualquier lugar

El servicio pésimo, no realizaron limpieza en las habitaciones.
Su excusa fue que no tenían personal. Por lo que no hicieron la cama y debías dormir en la cama sin hacer

Todo muy limpio, los empleados muy cordiales, tiendas alrededor lo malo que la cama estaba muy suave y no pude dormir porque se hacia pozo, en lugar de descansar amaneci mas cansada del cuerpo, el desayuno muy sencillo

The shower was too narrow. It was hard to move your arms. Shower pressure was too low. They oversold and so I did not get the room I had booked. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable.
Also, they told me I would get an additional 10% off on top of the “UPGRADE” to a king suite. I did not get it.

I stayed here with my family for two nights, and I loved it for a quick trip to Houston. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is in a safe place and only a 20-minute drive to the main city destinations. Parking is free, and I was not worried about my car getting broken into, as I saw in reviews for other hotels in the city. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a good continental selection! Stay here if you are iffy about other hotels in the city and need a clean, friendly, safe place to stay!
