I checked in very late - around 8-9pm - and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. She made conversation with us about our trip and our jobs and told us all the available amenities. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was your average hotel breakfast, but had more options than I usually see so close to the end of breakfast time. They did not begin cleaning up breakfast right at the end time, which was nice because they let us keep grazing on what was left before finally taking it away about 20 minutes after breakfast had ended. The vending machines were really cool. There were cheap toiletries in the vending machine that you could buy in case you forgot something at home, and the cola vending machine had ice cold drinks for pretty cheap. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I've stayed at this brand of hotel (Choice Hotels) before and I've always had a great experience.

The two ladies who check me in and out was very pleasant and helpful. My key didn’t work and immediately she came up to replace my key. Room was clean overall nice stay.

Location was easy to see from a distance, but not the entry.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Breakfast was simple, but enough to fill you up (eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, baggles, bread, cereal, bananas, juice and coffee).

The room we got was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. During our stay we found a ginormous cockroach. Called front desk, was told well you’re on the first floor so….
Front desk was also unhelpful on the phone. They didn’t answer when I called on my cell. Called on the landline and it wasn’t even working properly. Would not recommend and wouldn’t come back.

8 different stains on the carpet, some as big as a wash cloth. Breakfast was terrible, no OJ, No eggs at all. They just had sausage and potatoes as the hot food.
