住四天就一天來打掃，其中一天投訴兩次。最終還是沒有來打掃，毛巾也沒有人換。太糟糕的服務，設施太老，冰箱的噪音無法入睡，空調也是噪音大

por motivo del Covid, y ase apriovechan para no hacer limpieza. al tercer dia solicite servicio para la basura y cambio de toallas, Me contestaron que no se pdia ya que tenian mucho cuartos que hacer. Mas bien no tienen suficiente personal.
Habitacion falta retocar pinturas y limpiar alfombras.
Distribudores de gel antibacterial vacios.
Personal y clientes no hacen caso al uso obligatorio de los cubres bocas.

Not amazing - you get what you pay for. Furniture & carpet a little tired in places. Clean enough. Breakfast was standard for American hotels (although why do they have single-use polystyrene plates and plastic disposable cutlery?). Service was good though - staff were helpful.

Liked: plenty of parking, friendly staff, pool, ducks around the property
Didn’t like: no safety box, no cameras on the hall, found 1 roach at bathroom. Someone broke in on our room when we went downstairs for breakfast or while we were sleeping

Good breakfast. We had a couple of issues with the rust in the water, and the staff changed us to another room. I Kow is a pet-friendly hotel, which I love, but it smells bad in some areas.

The water in the bathroom sink and shower was brown. The shower did not drain, 4" of water after a minute of letting the shower run to see if the brown color went away, it didn't. And the hall ways smelled like rotten Brussel sprouts. Only good thing to say, is the staff was very nice and helpful

Breakfast is terrible compared to other StayBridge hotels. The last time I stayed there, I thought it was on the lower level of StayBridge, but I could still put up with it. This time, however. I was there at 7:30 AM, central time, and the food, only scrambled eggs and fries, drinks were out of order and unavailable, plus the food tasted funny. I think anyone who stayed at this hotel noticed this anomaly and had the same impression. I think the employees were probably aware of this unusual situation, but were either unable to handle it or were waiting for the time to pass. I would have asked for a refund, but I only stayed one day and was busy, so I will stay away from this hotel on my next trip to the Houston area! By the way, I am a customer who only stays at StayBridge hotels. It's a shame because the other StayBridge's are usually good.
