Clean, basic hotel close to Heathrow. Unlimited breakfast extra as well as internet (not sure why). No blow dryer, but there is a tea kettle and Keurig machine. No frills, close to Hounslow Central tube station on Piccadilly line (4 stops from Heathrow)

The room was basic but fine for the low cost paid. The breakfast however was really poor. We paid £9.75 each and although the menu advertised quorn sausages, we were looked at blankly when we asked for them and were told that these were not available. The mushrooms and tomatoes were not cooked, just chopped up cold sitting in water, the scrambled egg was more water than solid, there were no bagels as advertised and even the apple juice was not edible. The service was also poor as my wife made a full coffee and put it on our table, went to go get some food from the counter, came back and the coffee had been taken away so she had to go and do it all over again. All in all a really poor experience. Avoid the breakfast!

Great experience. Love the total experience with Travelodge. Helpful staff specially warm welcome by Manisha at front desk, helped with all information, clean room, good variety for breakfast. Near to station and many options for shopping and food. Definitely coming back again.

Paid extra for early check-in, 2 rooms. Arrived at around 2 due to flight delay and receptionist told us we’re early and need to wait 40 min! Explained about the arranged early check-in and was met with surprise and whether both rooms were early check-ins. Had to show reservation on phone as seemed we were not believed. Following overnight long haul flight, in desperate need of rest. One of the rooms (218) smelled of sewage. We thought perhaps due to open window. Closed window and slept til around 17:30. On waking still smell of sewage so contacted reception to request room change. At reception were informed unable to reallocate as hotel was full. We know it wasn’t as online we were able to book a room several times over for the same night. However due to travel fatigue did not want further confrontation. We were offered free breakfast which we accepted but this was inadequate given the stench in the room. Bathroom was unusable. In addition, on morning of checkout, the cleaners knocked on our doorsat 10:30 to ask when were checking out ! Checkout time is 12 pm. I have always had good experiences at previous Travelodges. This was a disappointment. Staff training required across the board here to learn how to provide good customer service and good customer experience. So far they are clueless !

I ordered food today and it was lovely Served by husain I will eat here again before I leave The drinks are a good deal in happy hour. The room is clean, tidy and spot on. Good work everyone. The service is exceptional, receptionist Monica was helpful as well.

We visited London for sightseeing and stay at Travelodge London Hounslow for one week. The hotel and our room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very near at the underground station Hounslow Central. So you have a good and fast connection to the city of London and to the airport.

Didn’t get a wink of sleep could hear everything building not sound proofed at all. Could even hear the footsteps of people walking past. Will definitely avoid in future. Think next time il use premier inn

Just down from Hounslow Central tube and plenty of just parking nearby. Good link to tube for Eurostar. You are under Heathrow’s flight pat. Pub nearby if you can’t get served in travelodg if no staff about.

Nice comfortable room. Great hot and powerful shower. You know what you're getting with Travelodge they all have very similar standards and rooms. Good location less than 3 minutes walk to a London underground station (Picadilly Line)

Travelodge Hounslow is conveniently located for Twickenham and there is always a warm welcome, confortable clean rooms and a good breakfast.We wouldn't stay anywhere else when attending games at Twickenham.

We had a really great stay before our flight the following morning. We were checked in quickly and easily. The room was clean and quiet. We had a pizza and drinks in the evening and were served by Adriana who was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

Didn't recommend to anyone, Worst prices Prices are too high Change your prices and also add water bottles in room that is necessary and important for anyone at night time Put some drinks or snacks in room

Receptionist AJ proved that attentive customer service still DOES exist. Thanks for sorting out an issue with noisy hotel neighbours in the middle of the night! The apple juice at breakfast was waaaaaay too sweet & I do have a sweet tooth, not savoury. I made the mistake of filling a whole glass while the attendant said nothing and I ended up having to discard half the glass after 1 sip to replace with water at 50:50 ratio, because otherwise the 'apple juice' tasted like runny syrup by itself. Never in my 38yrs have I ever tasted a 'juice' that sickly sweet! The sausages & hash browns were nice though. Some pain au chocolates, maple plaits, or cinnamon rolls wouldn't go amiss though..
