Highly recommended for this hotel! Helpful staffs who all know 2-3 languages themselves, many can speak cantonese as well. We booked the room at residence side, both residence and hotel side can be easily access to your snow gears and to the Hanazono resort. Usually the coaches will wait at the ski-valet if you are going to have snow lessons. Perfect in-room services and nice design of the building. Would definitely stay again in the future!

La habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy útil. La habitación tiene 5 estrellas. La ubicación del hotel está bien. Fue agradable tener Lawsons por la carretera y camiones y restaurantes cerca (aunque los paseos laterales eran bastante helados y no muy buenos para caminar por la noche). El restaurante de brames del hotel es grande, la comida es deliciosa y es relativamente asequible. El hotel podría hacer con otra opción de comida barata, ya que normalmente había una larga cola para entrar. Comimos en Luke en el hotel una noche. El servicio era excelente, pero era muy caro. Algunos peces fritos, un lado de chips y un hamburguesa costó alrededor de $A180. El hamburguesa era bueno y dado el lugar que me importaba pagar $A50 por eso, pero el pescado a $A95 era bastante ordinario (petróleo y muy salido). El desayuno estaba bien pero no muy bien - algunas opciones de huevos frescos habrían sido agradables. La nieve era grande - pero unos días las cuerdas superiores se cerraron debido al viento. Esto significaba que las cuerdas abajo eran muy largas. La escuela de esquí fue una buena manera de saltar las colas - pero vale la pena saber que sólo Go Snow obtiene esto en el gran hirafu- el ritmo no se puede saltar ninguna cola, y NISS en Hanazano sólo. No tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo, pero fue un poco horrible tener que esquiar en el autobús. En cambio, el Park Hyatt tiene un rápido esquí hasta los ascensores Hanazano que parecía un camino mucho más fácil de ir - aunque no hay mucho más alrededor que el hotel. En general, se siente como si el volumen de personas en Niseko haya sobreexplotado la otra infraestructura.

Yvonne y sus colegas estaban todos muy alegres y siempre dispuestos a ofrecer ayuda. Muy limpio y gran sabor a lo largo del piso y en el lobby. El viaje libre a Gondola nos ahorró energía subiendo todo el camino. Mucho apreciado por la complimentaria mejora de la suite de dormitorio con vistas a la ciudad. Como primer punto de parada de nuestra luna de miel, mi esposa y yo estabamos encantados y ya perdíamos la experiencia de reposo!

Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

Ha estado abierto durante aproximadamente un año, justo al lado de las montañas nevadas, ¡y nuestra habitación tiene unas vistas inmejorables! !! ¡Me gusta la decoración moderna del hotel! !! ¡Los electrodomésticos, menaje de cocina, vajilla, etc. son todos de marcas de alta gama! La ropa de cama y las necesidades diarias son muy útiles. Aunque no era muy raro cuando estábamos aquí en la temporada de nieve, la actitud de servicio extremo del personal del hotel me impresionó y trató de resolver el problema por mí. Cuando me fui, Hao dejó 1000 yenes por el hermano menor que llevaba el equipaje. Me gustó mucho este hotel

En febrero de 2023 viví en medio de la temporada de esquí. En comparación con los hoteles alrededor, la apariencia parece ser caliente construida durante el período de la caída, y a primera vista creo que se perderá. Sin embargo, el interior es nuevo, el interior de la habitación (aunque la habitación parece nueva y vieja) es moderno y cómodo. La gran piscina pública es caliente y tiene una piscina al aire libre. Hay muchas personas en la temporada de esquí, pero el cuarto de baño es grande, por lo que puedo lavar un baño fácil. La comida es un buffet, pero es más auténtica, la ama de la cama y el bibi. Esto es más allá de mis expectativas. La respuesta del personal malo (especialmente el receptor) es delicada. 網上有很多負面評價，入住前還有點擔心，來説説真實的入住體驗吧 定的最基礎的雙人間，設計的很温馨很舒服，雖然不大，但五臟俱全，有冰箱洗衣機洗碗機電磁爐油煙機，甚至鍋碗瓢盆都有，很方便。酒店12月份新開業，怕有味道，但酒店很貼心的準備了空氣凈化器，基本上沒有味道。 房間帶個小陽台，直接面對雪場纜車，晴天還可以看到羊蹄山。 酒店L樓還有公共温泉浴室，白天滑完雪，來泡一泡很舒服，洗護用品也都是Aesop和戴森吹風機。還有付費的私人温泉 正對羊蹄山，入住的幾天天氣都不好就沒體驗了。看了網上的照片 很出片。 早餐：半自助形式，選一道主菜+自助 菜品不多 每天也不更新 稍顯遜色。 再説服務方面，入住和退房酒店免費提供附近車站接送服務，需要提早和酒店發郵件預訂，入住期間hirafu小鎮範圍內也是提供免費接送的，基本上都是阿爾法接送，挺加分的。 滑雪： 就在雪場邊上，滑進滑出很方便，1樓有雪具大廳，每個房間都配了存雪具櫃，也有雪具租賃服務和滑雪學校。

Our family ski holiday started with horrors when our luggage did not arrive. Communication with the airline was super difficult and mostly lost in transactions. When arrived at the Vale Niseko and informed Mirko about the incident, he immediately took this matter into his hand. He helped coordinate with the airline and with Yamato. He continued to give us a status update throughout. A lovely hotel staff (thank you) collected our luggage from Yamato's Kutchan office and paid for the fees on our behalf. The fees were later paid out of our credit card which was on file. They did not charge us for the collecting fees at all. Mostly importantly, we did not have to lift a finger and could focus on enjoying our holiday .... thank you Mirko and the Vale Niseko team :) You all gave us a true five-star service and experience. The Vale Niseko is so lucky to have you guys. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Vale Niseko. We will not stay anywhere else next time we are there. Rooms: We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view of Mt.Yotei. It is super spacious, fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob, oven, toasting machine, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, fireplace, TV, Yamaha blue-tooth speaker, rice cooker and more!!!! We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment nice every day, which was super convenient. The bathroom is so spacious with an onsen feel. My hubby loves it so much he wants to have one built in our new home :) Nearby activities: Food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stops, shopping Walkability: It is in a prime location, an easy stroll to the most important places; ski rental at Rhythym, food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Ski-in and out ability - Ski-in yes as it is at the bottom of the Family Ace lift. For ski-out, you need to walk up a tiny slope - it does not bother us though. Food & drinks: Vale Bar and Grill is great. We had our dinner there. Food quality and service are great. Noteworthy details: Mr. Corbella, the GM, is the best hotel GM I have ever come across. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world but I have yet to come across someone so dedicated and committed to his job and his clients like Mirko Corbella. The hotel staff are awesome. Every staff we came across during our 6 days of staying was truly exceptional. Public onsen is great! It is spacious, clean, beautiful and not too crowded.
