We stayed for one night at Wo King Spring Villa with our two young kids, and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The villa is beautifully designed, very clean, and feels both modern and comfortable at the same time. Everything is well thought out, and the little high tech touches make the stay feel extra special without being overwhelming. The private hot spring tub was definitely the highlight for our family. We all absolutely loved it, especially the kids. It was such a fun and relaxing way to spend time together. In the evening, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The views are beautiful and you can hear the sounds of nature, which made the whole experience feel very calming and special. The afternoon dessert and drinks were very good, and breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared as well. What really stood out was the hospitality. The host was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He spoke some English and made a real effort to communicate with us, which we really appreciated. He even helped us order food, which made everything very easy and stress free. We left feeling relaxed, well taken care of, and honestly a bit pampered. It was exactly what we needed. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway, especially for families.

Well this place was extraordinary a little bit of a trek from the city but it’s very convenient once you get to CONGHUA you can catch a taxi all the way in there are some beautiful fields to look around The in-house dining is great except I would say very luxurious and filling the options aren’t a lot for dinner but breakfast is quite well done. Coffee is not great here. I would not get anything that requires milk steaming I would highly recommend bringing or getting takeout from the main city Otherwise you will have limited options where it is based unfortunately.

This has been our most memorable stay to date. The homestay is run by a warm and welcoming boss together with a team of genuinely kind staff. We were a group of 10 with both elderly and young children, so we needed quite a bit of assistance and I truly appreciate how the staff went out of their way to help us whenever they could. Their patience and kindness made our stay exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights was having our own private hot spring tub right in our room in a cooling weather. We could enjoy it anytime we liked, and the water comes directly from the mountain, such a rare and amazing experience! We also fell in love with the beautiful, scenic environment. My parents and I enjoyed the peaceful, village-style setting, while my kids absolutely adored the little pet zoo, especially the friendly dog. Even now, back in Singapore, they still talk about how much they miss the place. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious food available nearby, and the convenience of ordering through online platforms made mealtimes even easier. From the homestay, you can even see the magnificent Bai Shui Zhai Waterfall, the largest in the area which is only a 5–10 minute drive away. We managed to hike the mountain on our second day, and it was an unforgettable experience. Overall, this stay exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

This is my first trip to GZ with my family and this lovely boutique hotel has exceeded my expectations. It was indeed a wonderful and memorable stays that warm our hearts forever. Patiently explained how to use the hot spring in the villa and even provided hot spring essential oil. Ensuring we had wonderful stays in this lovely boutique hotel. Also 小宝 who has offered warm hospitality, great services and patiently explained the restaurant specialities dishes. Their hotpot soup and ramen were really nice!

I had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Biquan Hot Spring Hotel。My daughter and I were welcomed warmly by the front desk the evening of our arrival and upgraded our room from a mountain view to a lake and mountain view room. We had an evening dip in the spa and there were many pools and plenty of space - there is even a swimming pool! The people in the change rooms were always eager to help - notably 李少珍 was so kind to bring us some lotion and herbal bag for our hotel room spa and 刘桂花, 邹飞燕 and 何嘉丽 for the lovely fruits and tea on our departure from the spa the first night! Overall the exceptional service, variety of well kept spa amenities, comfortable clean and relaxing living arrangements, and the wealth of choice in breakfast buffet selection are all reasons we would love to return next time! Thanks for making our mother daughter spa trip so memorable。

We had a great time at Angela Garden. The staff are nice and helpful. The huts and tents are beautiful as advertised. The whole place is clean. The tent is complete with common hotel necessities (toiletries, good and neat shower room, clean and comfortable bed and linens, AC/Shower), and an outdoor (private) hot tub which is the main reason of our short trip. The whole place is Instagramable! Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
