The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

If you're a solo traveler, or single na looking for organic encounter I book mo na to, daming single, solo traveler nagbobook dito, may mga foreigners din, Sobrang Accessible sa lahat, food, park, stores. Malinis din at tahimik Forgot to take pictures though

Cielito Hotel appears to be quite old and in need of updates. The room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and slippers, which are usually expected at this price point. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and guests had to get water from a dispenser located in the hallway, which was inconvenient. The room also felt dark and poorly lit, making it less comfortable. My biggest concern was the bathroom privacy. The toilet window faces the parking area and is see-through enough that people outside may be able to see inside, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel has a convenient location, but the lack of amenities, outdated facilities, and privacy concerns made the stay disappointing and not a good value for the price paid.

9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly.

Been to several hotels and this is the worst so far. I saw reviews it says good. When I get there to see my booking it has no window feels like I'm suffocating. My bf and I decided to change room. Then we booked a room good for 4 pax. It's okay but there's no TV, they say there's a coffee but there's no coffee well there's tea, no mirror at all. All hotels should have mirror at all, wifi so slow, also they don't have a water. The staff were so good in fairness. All hotels I've been to baguio and abroad had TV, mirror, tea, coffee, bottled of water,. This hotel should be fair with the costumer to give complimentary amenities to costumers.

No hay tejido en la habitación Comfort la cabeza de la ducha debe ser sustituida por una nueva aunque funcionando naman sin embargo era muy limpia. Nice city lights view at the balcony. Near city proper

I booked for their Deluxe room which specifically indicated in their listing that it has a balcony .At my surprise ,we were given a small mid room ,no balcony,only with a window blocked with another wall.The room was dark, no light coming from outside.I told the person incharged that was not the room that i booked but she insisted that all rooms with balcony was all occupied. I insisted that was not the room I booked until she gave in and trnsferred us to the 2nd floor with balcony. The room was bigger and better,however since the room is liocated near the road, you can hear all the loud noises coming from ouside esp the loud roar of vehicles and cars passing by. It was exhausting not to sleep at night.I hope that they can make their room sound proof.

Good location with great view at the 5/F. Walking distance to Burnham Park and famous restaurants. Indeed it was a value for money

Although the beds were clean, the rooms looked grubby & dated. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay, no bottles of drinking water provided, so it lacked the basics you'd expect from a hotel in PH these days
