Este es un hotel estupendo en una ubicación fantástica, pequeño pero perfectamente diseñado. Es increíblemente conveniente para visitar los mercados nocturnos de Taitung, los cines Showtime y los restaurantes locales. Los alrededores ofrecen una gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas, lo cual es fantástico. Las habitaciones incluso cuentan con libros de visitas con sus reflexiones, lo que lo convierte en un hotel cálido y acogedor. Al igual que su diseño, busca garantizar que los huéspedes disfruten de la vida en Taitung cómodamente. ¡Tuvimos una estancia fantástica! La habitación estaba impecable, la cama era increíblemente cómoda y el personal se desvivió por hacernos sentir como en casa. La ubicación era perfecta para explorar la zona. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

I had a wonderful stay: perfect location in the city center, very nice and comfortable room, kind staff. They provided a voucher to have breakfast at the coffeeshop in front, or even bought breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again!

La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Su amable colega me ayudó a inspeccionarme y me hizo sentir muy bien. Me dio un mapa de la zona local y algunos sugerieron lugares de comer. También me ayudaron a cargar mi teléfono. La habitación era exactamente lo que necesitaba - una habitación muy limpia, una cama cómoda y una hermosa ducha caliente. Estaré de nuevo la próxima vez que visito hermosa Taiwán.

The check in process using the machine is a bit complicated for a foreigner. The keys to the locker in the dormitory should be available immediately, instead of going to another place to rent the key. Might be a good idea to switch the lockers that are used in museums where insertion of a coin to lock or a pin code locker would be better.

Pros: well established Naruwan Group. Fantastic shower water pressure after a tiring day. Cons: the original booked hotel was closed for upgrading and i was not informed. The whole building was closed when i arrived. I immediately call the hotel through trip.com and the receptionist informed that they has arranged for a room at the hotel next door (also Naruwan Group’s hotel). I was expecting a paddy field view room but i was assigned to the room facing heavy industrial lots. Other than that, it was a good stat at Naruwan Hotel and value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

El servicio del personal de Taiwán es muy bueno. Como la relación de reparación me ayudó a mejorar la habitación. Normalmente 1F Hay una máquina de café para los turistas que tomar por sí mismos. Si necesitas desayuno y 100 yuan a 10F cocinar con la ayuda para comer el salón es muy conveniente. Está muy cerca del mercado de la noche turística, el próximo regreso a Taiwán volverá a elegir esta alojamiento.
