This hotel prides itself as being a mid century hotel. I get it, it’s stuck in the 1950’s or 60’s. Furnishings are old and worn. No amenities. Not even bottled water in the room. No view. Decent location.

Overall our stay was great. The hotel is very cute and well-kept. The pool and lounge area were very comfortable and the live music every night was a pleasant surprise. Our only issue was the lack of a chair in the room. We had requested a single bed room but were given a 2 double bed room. Having 2 beds in the room was tight and there was no other place to sit. However, the room was clean, decorated well and the bed was comfortable enough.

Parking was pretty far away from the property. If someone was busy on thier vacation the parking made it harder to manage time. Not recommended for business travel.

Perfect location for a couple of days downtown. Love the vibe of setup. Not cookie cutter hotel. Room spacious and clean. Definitely on replay list

Great stay. Easy walk to the main ***** of Waikiki. Parking is steal being free and only a short two blocks away. Staff is very nice, beds comfortable. Rooms clean. My 6 yo enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again anytime.

We stayed at the Surfjack for our few days in Oahu. We loved the retro vibe of the hotel, the nightly live music and the hotel staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we would 100% stay here again when we return to Oahu.
