Smart Hotel

El jefe es muy agradable, la habitación está limpia y ordenada, y la ubicación es bastante buena. Está cerca de West Kowloon y hay un bar en la parte de atrás. Como hace mucho tiempo que no voy a Hong Kong, No estoy familiarizado con los caminos, y respondió pacientemente a mis preguntas. Continuaré considerando alojarme en este hotel la próxima vez, muchas gracias~

I've had all bad experiences in this hostel and I wish I didn't book here. Why you may ask? 1. When I first went here, it smelled bad. The room smells like cigarette smoke and I couldn't tell why they don't penalize Chinese people smoking cigarette on the comfort room that's beside the room I stayed. 2. They don't open aircon all the time, they just have a small exhaust fan and open window so it's too hot inside. 3. The roomates kept on talking loudly since afternoon to evening. I wasn't able to sleep and they didn't really consider there's another person in the room. 4. No privacy at all and no big lockers. The lockers don't even fit a laptop. Anyone can see you from the outside of the room as they don't let you close it! 😭 5. No bins inside the room, even in the hostel. You need to bring your trash outside the building. It's really sad, and I wasn't able to really sleep. I don't even know why I came here, I picked it because of its location but with all these bad things, I should've picked a much better hostel! The staff are okay especially the auntie, but it's just frustrating that I got all these bad experiences. 🥲🥲🥲

Like alot of the hostels in kowloon i thot it was a bit difficult to find and they did not take the phone so your on your own ther is also only one toilet for all the bunk bed rooms and the toilet is olso used as a shower so migth be busy somtimes and wery wet the beds have random matreses som being wery hard and som wery soft a bit of a 50/50 it was warm inof that i hade som dificolties sleeping but its a pretty good location not long from the subway and the front desk is stafed

The location is good. BUT LOT OF BEDBUGS. SO UNABLE TO SLEEP. TOILET CONVERT TO Shower ROOM. IF YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE MONEY YOU CAN THINK ABOUT STAYING. Hope they improve.................................

It was good to booked in smart hotel

it's location is nice with bars just right behind the street. The owners are very helpful. Toilet is clean. Lift, ok not too crowded. There's the Kowloon Park just next to it crossing the main road so it's actually quite accessible.

Tiny room in a tiny place for a very high price. Welcome to Hong Kong! It was incredibly hard to find in the back staircase, on a higher floor hidden among other doors. Once you were inside it was OK to sleep, but one wanted to get out as soon as possible to escape the claustrophobia. I found the black bad sheets rather bizarre, as I had the impression that one can not see how clean they actually are. I guess they were like that on purpose...

Not really satisfied though it’s cheaper. The room is too small.
