Instalaciones: Muy buenas, pueden cubrir las necesidades y también cubrir el consumo. Higiene: Muy limpio, fresco y natural, muy buena higiene. Ambiente: El ambiente es elegante, cómodo y agradable, haciendo que la gente se sienta muy bien.

El ambiente sin embargo no está fuera de lugar, es relativamente limpio y cómodo para vivir, incluso en una mañana como esta alguien hace ruidos fuertes.

Una habitación bonita, aunque un poco pequeña. Pero eso es normal en Hong Kong. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de una estación de metro y con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Los dueños son muy amables.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del metro y del autobús desde el aeropuerto. Una experiencia excelente en un minihotel: una combinación de baño y ducha. Limpio, el ascensor funciona, es ideal para pasar dos o tres noches; ¡suficiente para Hong Kong!

El transporte es cómodo y rápido. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca... El camarero respondió a las preguntas con atención y minuciosidad... La habitación está limpia e higiénica... Volveré a reservar la próxima vez

I booked a 4-night stay and would like to share my experience for the benefit of both the management and future guests. This review is written objectively, as other tenants can also confirm some of these concerns. Day 1: There was an issue with the access password provided, which turned out to be incorrect. It took about an hour and a half before I was finally able to enter the room, thanks to the kind assistance of other guests. I hope future check-ins can be smoother by verifying codes beforehand. Day 2: My bag was mistakenly transferred to another room on a different floor without any prior notice. This caused unnecessary worry and confusion. A simple update or message before moving personal belongings would be greatly appreciated, along with a courteous acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Day 3: I was asked to transfer again, but the process was stressful. One of the assigned guests refused to move, which led to raised voices and tension for nearly an hour. I was brought to two other rooms, but one declined to accept an additional guest. Eventually, I was relocated to a different dorm setup with four occupants (instead of three as originally booked). Management refunded 40% of my payment for that night, which I appreciated. I recommend clearer communication and coordination before moving guests to prevent similar situations. Day 4: While I was informed in advance about my next room, I noticed that the blanket provided was not freshly replaced. Unfortunately, it caused some skin irritation on my legs. Ensuring that linens are freshly laundered between guests would make a big difference in comfort and hygiene. Overall: I appreciate the staff’s effort in assisting me through the changes, but the experience was quite inconsistent. With better communication, proper coordination, and stricter cleanliness checks, the stay could have been much more comfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future guests. Thanks to my resilient bag. You have witnessed all the unfortunate experiences I had most especially the other guest who yelled at me even if it was not my decision to move to another room.

Title: Serious Privacy Issue – Unannounced Room Checks Review: The owner entered my room several times without knocking or prior notice, using a key and saying it was for a “room check”. The door could be opened easily without any password, which made me feel unsafe. I believe guests deserve privacy and respect – this was a very disappointing experience.

Where should I even begin... The owner is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I booked 5 nights here at first and then booked 5 more, because it was cheap and I was waiting for a visa. I was trying to save as much money as I could so I mostly stayed in my room. When I first got there I got lost, I couldn't find the building or the entrance, and the owner was frustrated and very rude. When I finally found the place I checked in and she put me in a different room than what I originally booked (can't complain, it was just me and one more girl). She explained the rules about turning off the AC every day from 11am - 3pm. I obliged. After 2 nights in that room she moved us both to another room, 4 beds, all girls. That room looked way better and the bathroom was way cleaner than the previous one, but one evening when I was having dinner I noticed a couple of cockroaches on the table. (also in both rooms and hallways there were no smoking signs, but people smoked in the hallways and their rooms anyway, the cigarette smell got everywhere and she didn't do anything about it when I complained) After 2 nights in that room she moved me back to the room she initially put me in. When I moved back to the first room she let me do my laundry, which I'm very grateful for but there might have been a miscommunication because she then said that she doesn't let her guests use the washing machine. After that is when I prolonged my stay and that's when she noticed that I don't leave my room often and she made a comment about it. That's a whole different long story but it ended with her kicking me out basically because I was "wasting too much electric energy" (on AC) by staying in my room all day. In the end she did offer a refund but she offered a price herself and I agreed with it, then she asked how we were going to do it. I gave her a couple of options and she told me to do it through the booking app. I did exactly that but the refund amount was higher than what she proposed. I told her that the app decided the price and she rejected it twice and went to sleep leaving me hanging and I couldn't sleep all night. I was trying to find new accommodation but the issue was that I didn't have my passport with me because it was at the visa centre. In the end, the app's customer service resolved the issue and gifted me a nice amount of trip coins and refunded my stay. I managed to find another accommodation and they agreed to accommodate me with only a picture of my passport. If you plan to stay here maybe just for a night it would be okay, but don't you dare stay in the room that you paid for for the whole day.

IGNORE ALL OTHER REVIEWS. fantastic for the price. great location. very friendly staff and they work very hard. they do more cleaning in a day than some hotels do in a month. bathrooms are a bit small, but this is Hong Kong. Area around is quiet enough and loads to do around the area. showers have complimentary soap and shampoo. considering the price, they really do give you as much as they can. I read many silly and unfair reviews for this place. They have been nothing but polite with me. Someone even accused them of racism in other reviews but that's completely ridiculous. Another wrote they couldn't find it, but I found it from the metro in about 2 minutes. They are very hands on and try their best. 100% if I brought 2-3 friends to Hong Kong I'd definitely consider this place again.
