Me cobraron 39 dólares de estacionamiento por día. No estaba aclarado en la reserva. En la publicidad decía estacionamiento en el inmueble. En ningún lugar decía con Cargo

We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,. Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach. Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through. Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area. Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

So bad!! They charged me a pre authorization fee and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone for my manager that I needed to have stay there! They are a bunch of crooks!

Horrible strong smell of chemical cleaner made me sick the whole night. Hope it doesn’t give me cancer. Dirty room. Outdated and needs paint and updated. I would have slept the same in my car. Don’t stay here it’s seriously ghetto and uncaring staff as well

Wish I could give them a ZERO. Buyer beware! THIS HOTEL IS SHADY, they double charged me, once under "Ocean Villas" another time under Hollywood Beach Hotels. Dirty, disgusting rooms, broken glass on the walkway going up to the room, broken gate to the pool area (probably some sort of safety violation) Awful customer service. Would not answer the phone when I tried multiple times to call them once I saw the double charge. Do not do business with this hotel OR the "parent company" Hollywood Beach Hotels. They should be shut down. Before writing this review I tried to get the issues resolved, but they refuse to acknowledge anything. Give your business to another hotel.

l couldn't drive to Miami on my check in date due to hurricane in Orlando on 28th September. l have contacted them and said l'll be checking in a day later. When l have arrived there it was 2am and my wife and my little child were very tired and sleepy. l was shocked as they sold my 4 nights reservation and no availability. Stupid manager told me to sleep in the car for 4 hours then they'll arrange a room for us. Also the hotel's address is wrong. Difficult to fi s as they use two different company names and has no Ocean Villas Hotel signe and the entrance is on the parallel road. Also they charge $18 for car parking per night as last minute goal.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Feb. 2023. Stay away. It's your own fault if you stay there. It's a dump!! Shower leaked all over the bathroom. Ask for taxi information. The girl wouldn't help. Asked where the nearest Target was. She didn't have a clue. another woman came and gave me the taxi number. We'll well. The taxi guy lived in his taxi and was high on pot. He let us know how much he hated Haitians and Spanish people. He even told us he was constipated!! Took over 30 minutes to check in. Warning warning. Stay away. Its dirty and everything needs attention. It's not save. Easy entry into the rooms.
