Very good, but sheets was uncomfortable

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber, und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend aber leider war die Kommunikation ein bisschen schwierig, da sie kein Englisch konnten.Mit Google Übersetzer war dies aber auch möglich. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Bar, in der bis spät in die Nacht (4 uhr) laute Musik gespielt wird, was uns vom schlafen abgehalten hat. Die Musik ging direkt morgens um 9 Uhr weiter, weshalb wir nicht gut in den Tag starten konnten. Das Hotel liegt ein Wenig außerhalb, aber es werden kostenlose Fahrräder angeboten :)

Quaint hotel on the outskirts of old town. We got a roof top room which was very clean and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly. Although the breakfast menu was small, the quality was good and the servings were generous. We enjoyed our stay

We booked 4 nights in this architectural very special hotel in Hoi An. We booked the most expensive room (executive suite) with a private jacuzzi on our terrace. The first looks of the hotel were beautiful, specially at night. When you look closer then you can see that there was not enough maintainance done in this hotel. The jacuzzi was not working optimal ( only 3 of the 6 jets). The chair at the terrace got broken because he was too old. The bathroom tap was also in a bad state. The ventilation in the toilet was not working optimal. One day we asked the four bicycles of the hotel to go to the beach, and they also were in a very bad state. For this amount of money ( we payed much more than the average prices in Hoi an), I also expected to have an elevator. We stayed at the 4 the floor and had to do a lot of stairs in the heat (stairs are in open air but a bit sheltered for the rain). The staff was very friendly but their English was bad. I expect more and better service in such a small (8 rooms) boutique hotel. Only come if you are really in love with architecture. You can also make beautiful Instagram pictures here.

They lack Hospitality. The boutique hotel is well built by the architect but NOT well managed by the team. Please be ready for: 1. Filling up bottles by self after the initial 2 bottles are over. Walking down 3 floors at night to get the water? 2. Lights turned off for the entire property? Even lobby lights turned off post 10pm. It is scary and also tough to go downstairs. 3. Breakfast menu - No adjustments. Lack of hospitality. Very small menu, less options. Hardly anything that I would like to eat. Useless. 4. Everything that we want - is chargeable. It seems, the hotel isn't operating to its full capacity so they're trying to recover it from existing customers. Who charges money for a laundary bag? They also have a inroom menu for prices if you broke or spoil anything in the room. Rate card for this, seriously? 5. Everything at the hotel is expensive compared to outside. We booked the bike for 120k/day, they quoted 180k. They asked for 370k for airport transfers, we came at 250k. (In vnd) Why are these guys so money oriented where you try to make money from Everything, literally? 6. They're a big time liars. There's a Karaoke Studio on the common wall to the property. I had asked this before if Karaoke noise will be an issue, they said it is sorted. Even at 1am, karaoke was going around and I couldn't sleep. When I complained, the manager was like I double checked with karaoke manager there was No karaoke last night. Hahaha - they can bluntly Lie on your face. Maybe they think us to be fool Never coming back again. Sorry and thank you for such a pathetics experience. Hope you either change your staff or learn hospitality soon.
