La estadía fue excelente. La atención del personal impecable. La instalaciones, el desayunos etc todo excelente nada negativo para aportar una experiencia hermosa.

Our family loved this hotel and highly recommend it! We ended our Hoi An/Da Nang vacation at a beach resort but we all agreed that we preferred the Cozy An hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and big. Great selection for dinner and drinks and overall just a really relaxing and chill place to stay for a few nights.

Amazing nice and new hotel. All the staff is amazing and very helpful :)
Food for breakfast and also for dinner very affordable and extremely delicious.
We extended one more night because we loved it soo much ＜3

第一晚我其實是其他平台訂的 在攜程上我是續住一晚。可見我對這家酒店的認可。
酒店很新，房間的視野很開闊，正對秋盆河。酒店服務態度也相當不錯（越南酒店的平均服務水平真的明顯高於國內，即便是3星的酒店也比國內四星的強不少。）

We hebben in totaal 6 nachten doorgebracht bij Cozy An. Wat een heerlijk hotel. Eerste instantie voor 4 nachten geboekt, uiteindelijk ter plaatse nog 2 nachten bij geboekt. Het hotel is in november 2023 geopend en wij hadden dan ook leuke openingsacties bij onze 1ste 4 nachten via ***********. We kregen 2 vouchers, 1 voor een cocktail pp naar keuze en 1 voor lunch of diner. En een pick-up of drop-off naar Da Nang airport. Alle faciliteiten waren uitstekend, het zwembad, de Spa, de gym, gratis fietsuitleen.
Lopend ben je zo in het stadje, fietsend ben je in 20 min op An Bang beach via de rijstvelden. Ook het personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken en spreekt uitstekend Engels. Echt een aanrader voor je verblijf in Hoi An.

很有設計的精品飯店，雖然不大，但每一個地方都布置得很美，氛圍極佳。服務人員超級友善，給予很多訊息與幫助，從護照訊息得知家人生日，早餐時給了一個小驚喜，很開心。飯店的按摩有買一送一的折扣，也有提供免費自行車和一次機場接送，cp值超高。離古城稍微有點距離，健腳者ok，不耐走的會覺得稍遠。

新飯店真的很棒，首先飯店房間的設計讓我們覺得很呼應會安會安古鎮和現代感的融合，另外浴室的水龍頭設計和銅色的質感讓我們非常喜歡。
地點距離古鎮有一小小段，晚上睡覺也比較安靜，我們覺得非常的好。而且飯店還提供免費的腳踏車，讓我們在古鎮裡自由的穿梭，感受會安的樸實氛圍。
飯店的服務人員真的非常的好，入住時馬上就提供暖心的薑茶給我們喝。而且飯店還提供一人一次的免費雞尾酒，我們在泳池畔旁，喝的非常開心。他們的早餐現煮的河粉真的很好吃。飯店接待員，他們很棒，尤其是Lucy都會主動詢問口味是否還習慣，她非常的貼心。雖然在住宿中遇到了些問題，但是飯店的人員態度非常積極幫我們處理，也讓我們的旅程可以順利的繼續。有機會再去會安，我們還是會選擇這間飯店。
