Stay with my parents for a weekend visit. The hotel was very old and in poor repair. the furniture in our room had chunks missing from the bottom and edges which were a safety and health concern for my older parents. the floor could use a good vaccuum and the staff could have been friendly. We were kept up most of both nights of our stay by rooms FULL of adults and children who were apparently there for a sporting event. When called the front desk, NO HELP, only informed of sports tournament in the area. The bed was extrememly comfortable which was nice and hte breakfast was hot, fresh and had good options.

Clean and service was good. Micro did not work so they brought another one right away. I commend the front desk attendant for taking care of the situation right away with professionalism.

Lady at desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Refused reservation even though our trip was protected. Staff kept hanging up when calling back for refund. Refused refund and my partner and I have not received that money back and was charged.

Stacy/lacie the lady that checked us in went above the ask to make sure we had the room for our family. My kiddos treated her like family and she the same the whole time we were there. The rooms need some freshening up though. But good value for the money.

The breakfast food was sufficient, except we needed sugar free syrup for our waffles. The tub bottom of the tub was dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
