Just had three night s at this hotel working round a one day visit to the WTA tennis tournament. The hotel is centrally located, literally 1 minute walk to the main shopping area and is located in a quiet side street (dead end - so no through traffic). Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had booked a junior suite; large king size bed and a separate seating area with two armchairs and a two seater settee. Bathroom had a walk-in shower and no bath - suits us perfectly. During our stay the daily temperature was high - between 30C and 33C. The aircon in the room was fantastic - proebably one of the best we have ever experienced. Nice cool room yet the fan noise was minimal so we were able to keep it on all night. There are a couple of minor points we weren't entirely happy with. First the coffee machine was provided with one expresso capsule, one decaf and one cafe crema. Between two people this isn't much. Pleas note we did not raise this with reception nor did we ask for extra capsules. Secondly there was a free mini bar - usual contents, beers, wine (red & white), mineral water and orange juice. We had consumed one beer and the wine of the first night and thought the bar would be replenished - it wasn't! OK, not a major issue but when you are paying over 800 Euro for three nights, expectations are high. Hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes - I believe you can order a fresh omelette but we didn't take advantage of this. We did not eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast. Would we use this hotel again? Most definitely yes. For a hotel in 'post covid lockdown' , it has returned to near normal and is far better that our recent experiences with Marriott and Sheraton in Frankfurt.

Hay una razón por la que este hotel es tan barato, es tan básico. Entré al lobby y es casi una atmósfera escandinava. Abrir el lobby plan - bar - desayuno. Iniciar y salir era suave, muy poco a decir sobre el proceso. La habitación era limpia y muy pequeña. Creo que tenía una habitación más grande en el aeropuerto de Tokio. Había un rack de vestir de estilo IKEA para almacenamiento, un pequeño escritorio si quiere trabajar, y una cama cómoda. TV era un buen tamaño para la habitación, y WiFi fiable a lo largo de todo. El baño era un tamaño justo, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño del dormitorio. Había gel de ducha y rollo de baño, pero nada más. El ducha era de buena potencia. No tenía desayuno en el hotel, aunque mis colegas me dijeron que estaba bien.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

Parking está solo en los aparcamientos, o si tienes suerte, en la calle Europa. Para la feria sólo unos pasos. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero con todo lo que necesitas y muy limpias. Las ventanas son muy cercanas, por lo que no se oye ruido. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es estándar, la oferta de espacio es muy corta. Las mesas pequeñas son hippy, pero son acostumbradas.

Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

We visit this hotel for one night using AMEX FHR for the booking. We are upgraded to a junior suite #569 at check in. This is the top floor at the hotel. The view from the room is rooftops, but the room is large and recently updated with every creature comfort. The bathroom is large featuring double sinks, toilet with bidet and separate tub/large shower with electronic temperature controls. There is a non functioning lighted makeup mirror and TV for the bathtub. AC for the room does not cool well but we were provided a fan to help. There are plenty of electrical outlets for charging. Staff are generally very friendly, but wait staff at the terrace lounge and breakfast are not particularly attentive. The lady working the egg station for breakfast is a little snooty. The breakfast buffet is okay but not what I expect in terms of variety for a hotel of this stature. In spite of the minor issues I plan to visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel in good location close to motorway exits. Very handy for the Taunus region and for both Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main. Good rooms, friendly hotel and restaurant staff. A great breakfast selection. Also well executed and tasty dishes in the evening but the restaurant is somewhat expensive. Plenty of parking.
