It’s the iconic hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The facilities are not new, but clean and have deep brightness from the inside. The services are authentic. I’m looking forward to starting this hotel next time.

This is an ancient hotel located in the most beautiful location in Saigon. Majestic is wonderful and looks very noble. The room still retains its antiquity after 100 years. I'll come back in near future.

Unfortunate to have had a medical emergency and there was no refund granted or credit. We had booked through Trips.com. Im sure the hotel is great, but the service during this time of need was disappointing.

location is very good and also service is also nice staff is very helpful. only this thing is they have to improve breakfast specially for vegetarian not much option is there rest all is good.

This hotel might be a bit expensive for a single trip but everything was great. But you should choose a room with a window.

Generally a very good hotel indeed. A 99-year old gem in the city, which is one of the main attractions in the city. I like the lobby area. The pool area and breakfast area were also quite nice. The guys at the breakfast area should train more that they do not give other tables to other people while they are still getting their breakfast. We witnessed a few incidences like that when two groups/couples were given the same table.
Late check-out could be more fair too, while 2pm is relatively normal. We requested till 2pm but said the next has already checked-in. It was 10am, and that was a very odd response. The other issue was related to view of the room. We booked the standard room, and we were told the view is obstructed. However, there was literally no views at all! The room was facing a wall 2-3m from from the window, and that's it. This is NOT an obstructed view, it is basically NO VIEW. This needs to be clarified or highlighted well in the booking time.
The other facilities and services were generally good and the hotel is recommended for travellers.

Beautiful iconic property. Staff very friendly. Nice to have Roof top breakfast area. Room: the only shortfall is the shower system is not updated.
