目の前にファミリーマートがあり、ちょっと何か欲しい時には便利な場所でした。 部屋も建物も特別綺麗なわけでもなく、朝食も普通で宿泊代は高く感じました。

地理位置不錯，附近餐館和小吃也有挺多。晚上挺安靜的。 行李寄存服務很好。 酒店的房間有窗户，但與對面樓比較近。 房間內會有少許衞生間異味。 早餐也可以，挺好的。

第一天入住這家酒店 這是第二次住這裏了 早上過來後把東西放酒店 去旁邊吃越南米線 喝越南咖啡 旁邊很多spa店

The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The rooms that are located in the front by the street are rather noisy. The staff is very kind and helpful and they even have bellman to help with luggage. The buffet breakfast which was included was decent too, lots of choices. The one thing they don’t have which they need is a banister for the front steps. It’s very difficult if you are handicapped to go up the marble stairs.

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and found that the bed and AC were the only positives. Shower pressure is very low with the shower dribbling water at high setting, limited power points throughout the room for you to charge your mobile and run the kettle for hot drinking water, 1 roll of tp for 2 adults and our room was not clean enough where housekeeping missed areas around the room.

Good location but the room itself was just ok. I stayed in a room with no windows and that wasn't the best experience. Would consider staying again and upgrading the room next time.

As a travel agency, I recently booked my customers to stay at this hotel. Agencies like Intrepid, please take note of the feedback from your customer by reading the google review here too - I read through and see there are a lot from your customers. The room was outdated and had a strong mouldy smell, even though my customers were booked in the highest category room. AC as the picture said time to change filter but I believed no one care. customer supposedd to stay for 4 nights and noticed the mould immediately on the first night They requested a room change, but the only available alternatives were in the same condition. They then requested a refund so that I could relocate them to a different hotel, but the hotel denied this request. Instead, the hotel tried to blame the issue on the customers being “too sensitive” and even said, “let them complain," when I asked for a better solution. I decided to move the customers to a different hotel, even though I will lose all the money already paid for their stay at Queen Ann. I hope the hotel manager sees this review and contacts me to discuss the situation further. Clearly, the mouldy smell is real—my customers have been traveling across North, Central, and South Vietnam, and this is the only hotel where they encountered this problem.

Great location right in the district of markets and older building. Staff were excellent, rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent buffets and great for families, enjoyed the staff and stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights, seems like a good hotel, well maintained. Unfortunately my room felt cramped, and the walls were thin meaning there were high noise levels making it difficult to sleep. I did note others room were much larger with windows and reported less of a noise issue. Breakfast buffet was amazing, staff were on hand to help and were able to assist with Gluten Free; they also did a good packed breakfast for my early departure. Location is good, with amenities close by.
