Absolutely Brilliant right in the heart of Saigon! Great facilities, great food and really friendly staff.

During a family trip, my father had a severe throat. As soon as possible, I asked the hotel lobby for a thermometer and ice to lower my body temperature, but I couldn't get any service. I can't believe that the hotel isn't there. If you want to stay in this hotel, you should have a thermometer, emergency medicine, as well as ice. If you travel to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam again, I never recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended to book. Everything is perfect! Even the complimentary shuttle to town comes with wifi!

Enjoyed our six nights stay there. Though we need to take cab most of the time to district one where most attractions are, they are relatively near (didn’t want to walk as there are old folks with us).  The place is quiet and there are also some entertainment like table tennis and table football if you are going as a family with children.

An excellent place to stay. Good value for money .the staff is super friendly and the neighbourhood is great too.

So happy with our choice, everything was excellent! Staff are all helpful, location is convenient close to the airport as well. We choose this due to the kids entertainment, play room and pool which was perfect. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, it was so spacious with laundry facilities which was very useful. If we come back to Ho chi mihn again, we will definitely stay here.

Perfect stay! I stayed here with my family and I absolutely loved it! The rooms were spacious, the living room furniture was comfortable and it was the perfect place to stay during the ***** New Year. It was further away from downtown but only a 20 min walk or so away. The staff were extremely nice as well!

Good accomodation for a short stay before flying onto next destination. Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem. The rooms are a bit dated but have every amenity! Disappointed the pool was closed in the middle of summer but were able to use the pool at the facility next door.

Perfect. I booked a 3 bedrooms suite and my friend family from Korea also book their 3 bedrooms suite. Rooms are very clean and comfy. I did not try the breakfast. Location is great, not far from Saigon centre shopping malls. Will definitely come back again.

Very polite and helpful staff. Good location. Aged building but plenty of space within the room. Fresh air circulation is not good and room services food is limited. For an econmical trip with family to HoChiMinh city close to downtown area, I would recommend Sherwood Residence.

Good central location. Spacious rooms with just about everything you would need. We had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. Plates, dishes, glasses, etc. We even had a laundry room with a clothes washer and dryer. Staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but ordered some room service food, which was good quality. Property has a well maintained pool and small fitness center. Also had a game area with ping pong, foosball, billiards and a DVD room. If we go to Ho Chi Minh again, I will definitely stay here.

Well located 3 bedroom apartments in Saigon. Nice gym and pool. Would stay again
