La habitación está limpia y el personal es amable. El menú de desayuno está bien. Sin embargo, la ubicación del hotel está un poco alejada del distrito principal.

An excellent stay in a very comfortable room with great facilities like free mini bar, breakfast and rooftop swimming pool. Very nice staff and a convenient central location.

Right in the heart of the city, there were many walkable destinations and restaurants nearby. Receptionist were kind, the room was nice and clean. Downside to the room was that there isn’t a bedside lamp, we also booked a room with a queen sized bed and found it was two single beds pushed together, a bit confusing and not very comfortable… was also given a room without the river view which was what I booked for.

Hotel is located near the river with decent sized rooms. Great breakfast buffet, reception staff was nice and friendly there is also room services, gym and pool as well.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and a good selection of toiletries. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Decent hotel but service wasn’t great; requested for water several times and it never arrived. But prices for a last minute booking were ok.

Sky high attitude for small conjested rooms. Rudeness, sadness and no respect towards guests. The staff at reception was arrogant. There are many other great 4 star and 5 star hotels. Avoid this at all costs. No mirror in room outside bathroom. Even bathroom doors cannot be locked. Reception people don't like when you stand there. They don't like children walking around. Behaving like a police station. Hotel would rate 3 star on edge. Not even close to 4 star. All rooms are very very small.

The hotel is located near the Main Street and easy to locate. It is just a bit noisy with construction going on nearby. Restaurants and cafes are with walking distance.
