Our stay at TPhome Sala was honestly a nightmare from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid booking this place. First of all, this is not even a real apartment. It’s located inside what appears to be a professional or corporate building. The unit is on the 4th floor, and the lift opens directly into the space — which already feels very strange and uncomfortable. On top of that, there is absolutely no privacy: there are holes where people can literally see inside the apartment. The same issue exists from a staircase, where anyone can look straight into the living space. It feels completely unsafe. There is also zero sound insulation. The floor below was under construction starting at 8 a.m., making it impossible to rest. When we arrived, things only got worse: there was no Wi-Fi, the air conditioning barely worked, and the shower situation is completely unacceptable. It’s an open shower in the bathroom, and you can only use it for a few minutes before the entire bathroom starts flooding. Then you have to wait at least an hour for the water to drain, otherwise it risks flooding the apartment. And then came the worst part. At 2 a.m., the building’s fire alarm went off. There was absolutely no staff, no assistance, no explanation — nothing. We had no idea if there was an actual fire or a serious emergency. We were extremely lucky because usually the doors on the lower floors are locked, but that night workers had forgotten to lock them. Around 3 a.m., my partner had to find the control panel himself and stop the alarm. It kept going off every 20 minutes. The owner did wake up when we contacted them, but after we explained the situation — including the fact that we didn’t even know if it was safe to turn off the alarm — they simply went back to sleep without sending any help. Completely irresponsible. We ended up packing our bags and leaving in the middle of the night because we were scared and couldn’t stand the noise anymore. To make matters worse, we received no apology and no refund from the property. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service was helpful, but the owner took zero responsibility. Please do not book this place. It is misleading, unsafe, and feels like a complete scam.

Honestly a great find. The bedroom was clean and smelled fresh the moment I walked in—none of that weird damp smell. Slept like a baby because the AC was super quiet and didn’t blow cold air directly onto the bed. Bathroom was spotless too. Will definitely come back

객실이 생각보다 넓고 정돈 상태가 훌륭했어요. 옷장 수납 공간이 넉넉해서 짐 정리하기 편했고, 침대도 푹신해서 아주 잘 잤습니다. 화장실도 위생적으로 잘 관리되어 있어서 머무는 내내 쾌적했네요. 가성비 최고입니다!

바닥이 미끄럽거나 끈적이지 않고 쾌적하게 닦여 있어서 안심하고 지낼 수 있었습니다. 침대 옆에 소지품을 올려둘 수 있는 작은 공간이 있어 편리했고, 전체적인 방 분위기가 차분해서 마음에 들었습니다

Phòng dọn dẹp rất kỹ, mở cửa vào là thấy dễ chịu liền chứ không bị mùi ẩm mốc. Giường nệm sạch sẽ, ga trải giường phẳng phiu và không gian xung quanh về đêm cực kỳ yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ ngơi

미안하지만 좀 별로에요 방안에 정화조 냄새가 진동하고 엘리베이터 소음때문에 잠을 못자요 샤워공간 오픈되어 씻기불편하고 변기수압 약해서 물잘 안내려가고 에어컨 안시원하고 호텔 컨디션은 그냥 그래요 히지만 하이랜드커피 바로앞에 있고 산책하기 좋은 공원 있고 집앞 반미 너무 맛있어요

前台服務態度很好，入住辦理得很快。屋裡空間足夠，平放兩個大行李箱也不會覺得擠。從床品到衞浴的衞生都挑不出毛病，打理得很用心，推薦！

房間寬敞明亮，大窗户視野特別好，讓人心情舒暢。大衣櫃空間給力，掛衣物放行李箱完全沒壓力。前台小哥服務熱情，入住退房都極速辦理。
