Apartment interior looks quite pleasant, similar to mid tier service apartment standard. However, the crumpled bedsheets & duvet on arrival & no extra toilet paper for 5 nites stay were areas which need further improvement. There were also some lag time on response to service... Overall, stay was ok and the washing machine in Apt does come in handy for longer stay.

Good room condition with full amenities, but no service at all. It might be my expectation, as this is my first time staying in a residence rather than a hotel.

The location is very convenient with coffee shop and minimart inside the building, and just about 10-15-minute drive to the center of district 1. The host is helpful and responsive. Despite some shortages of amenities, the host quickly provide in time. The overall stay was great.

Arrived late for check in, owner informed to collect card and give passcode to open the door. However, passcode was given wrong and need to wait for people to come and open. The room was ok but with only 2 bottles of water given was not enough for 3 days stay, since surrounding area do not have any supermarket or convenient store.

The room is ideal for lock-up and-go. When I booked, I did not realize it was a non-serviced apartment. The owner is friendly and willing to replace the towels upon request. It is a mission to get in and out of the apartment using codes and keys.

Spotless with magazine-quality decor yet comfortable feel. Vibrant area surrounded by all the best spots. Personalized attention at check-in.

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

Decent enough. Apartment close to the action. If you’re a mid budget traveller it’s not a bad choice.
