El personal de recepción no tiene la mentalidad de ayudar al huésped cuando hay un problema porque son demasiado jóvenes y les falta experiencia. Les dije que encontré una tarifa que es un 40% más baja que la que pagué/reservé y, además, el chico de recepción me dijo que tenía que pagar 400.000 K adicionales para quedarme en la misma habitación durante 3 noches consecutivas (ya que las primeras 2 noches fueron ligeramente diferentes) al momento del check in. “Pague la tarifa adicional ahora antes de que las tarifas suban”, dijo. Básicamente, me estafaron al pagar un 40% más + 400.000 K más. Me gustaría un reembolso por la diferencia de monto o al menos un crédito para la próxima vez que me quede allí. El hotel en sí era bueno, pero el personal más joven y la recepción tienen una mala actitud. Así no es como se trata a los huéspedes. Por favor, devuélvanme el dinero de la diferencia. Highly recommended!!!! Centralized location. Booked a two-bedroom suite for a family of 5. Loved the extra space at the living area for the kids to mingle. The rooms and the toilets are clean. Top notched service from the manager and stuff at the concierge, all are so friendly and helpful. and will not hesitate to stay in the same hotel when we are back again!!!

Love this hotel location. Services was excellent. Staff was attentive as service orientated. Everything was convenient there lots of food resturant n convenience store around . Hotel room was clean n spacious. Alway chose this hotel when I’m in HCM . Hotel was aso very near Airport . . It’s know as a Japan town area this hotel location .

Very impressed with the hotel, very clean, convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. They have a laundry room for guest to wash their cloths. Staff very efficient, have initiative as well. Highly recommended ts hotel. Will come back here again. Staff Tina was very helpful.

Great location in District 1, room was also clean & spacious. Hotel comes with washing machine & dryer facilities that are free to use - great for us as we’d been travelling for abit. Staff was also super friendly & helpful. Will recommend to anyone visiting HCM!

The hotel is very near to the Japanese town and there are many craft beer bars as well. I find the hotel very convenient. I will recommend travellers book via Trip.com for the VIP arrival service for the immigration as the queue will be very long. Also booking the car pickup is very important

The place is very good in terms of its location (!) it’s even walkable to all the touristic destinations around The staff of the hotel also very friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel and more likely we will come back once we visit Ho Chi Minh in the future

Perfect hotel, there will be no regrets booking this hotel. A little pricey, but what to do, prices of everything everywhere are increasing. Just have to work harder to earn more money so that I can stay here again when I next visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Amazing view of d1 and pretty good location, rooms are spacious and has everything you need.

It is not my first time to choose this hotel for my stay in HCM city. The overall service is excellent. Staffs are polite and helpful. Can help me book the restaurants i would like to visit. Help booking car to the airport. The location is terrific, nice restaurants n convenient stores are step by distance.
