Many people said it was very good, but unfortunately that wasn’t true. The reception staff were very slow, and check-in took an extremely long time. When we finally got into the room, it was poorly cleaned and dirty, and the shower didn’t work. The bed was in very bad condition and felt like it was about to break. The only advantage was the location, which was close to everything.

This time I’m really disappointed with the hotel as the room not clean (having cockroaches and smell too bad in the bathroom) seem like they didn’t clean at all. And I did put in special request when I booked the room for not put in level 4 but the hotel still arranged the room level 4 for me. Actually, my 2 nights at there was totally terrible and can’t sleep well. Also I suggest the hotel should block that room cuz that room have show as well.

Nice hotel ,near to centre city..easy to get grab..easy to get halal food near the muslim road..tq for the hospitality.surely will repeat again.

Would not recommend this hotel. Location is good but there more better hotel nearby. Room look old n dusty not same as the photo from the app. The bedsheet have stain, dirty and dusty. Look like they never change the bedsheet at all. Floor is dirty. Towel is greysish colour, dirty n have smell. Toilet floor cloth is in dirty and black in colour. Toilet floor is slippery almost fell a several times. There cockroach in the room. Not much selection for the breakfast. Room not soundproof can heard others talking the next room. Book a suite room but feel worse than the standard room. Totally not worth the price, will not book this hotel again.

Stayed in 2 separate rooms from my father, which is just enough space for 1 person and all their luggage. Bathroom clean and all facilities work well. Breakfast is good too. Location is good, near Michelin star pho and many massage places. Walking distance from Ben Thanh Market.

This hotel is close to the tourist spots like Ben Thanh Market. I booked this hotel because I wasn’t able to book a train going to Da Nang. The price is kinda expensive if you will compare it to their available amenities. There was a bathtub but can’t use it for relaxing (there was no stopper or something you put in the drainage so the water won’t drain and you can’t enjoy soaking). Anyway, aside from that my booking includes breakfast (Vietnamese cuisine) and I wasn’t able to enjoy it that much. Overall, if you have time to book for a hotel I suggest you look for another one instead of here. By the way, they have welcome drinks in the lobby but when I got there in the evening there was none (I only noticed it in the morning when I checked out). The room is big which is a plus and there was a tv (doesn’t work tho), it includes a mini ref and the aircon is working.

Location near malaysian steet, many halal food restaurant,they allow free luggage storage before check in, check in 2 pm but if available can check in early 12 pm.breakfast served vege / asian buffet. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull.They help us to arrange airport drop off.Overall i am really satisfy with the stay

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely superb—centrally located within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. For the price point, everything was consistently above average. The room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in/out. While it may not have lavish five-star amenities, the included essentials—like strong WiFi, a good TV, and a decent continental breakfast—were all executed very well. You genuinely feel you’re getting excellent value for your money.

Could be hit or miss, me and my wife were not happy with our room. However, the friends that came with us really enjoyed their stay.

+ Front Desk Staff are very friendly. - Room quite dated. Shower pressure is weak.

Slightly run down room but mostly clean. Breakfast bar was not bad
