Habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El hotel también tiene una zona muy bonita con café y té gratuitos. El restaurante chino también está muy cerca del patio de comidas y del centro comercial, y la estación de tren JR también está a 1 minuto a pie. El personal de servicio es muy agradable.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Está justo al lado de la estación Himeji. Es muy fácil llegar en autobús del aeropuerto de Kansai o JR. También es muy conveniente salir porque hay una parada de autobús frente a la estación, a un corto paseo abajo. , que es accesible a todos los lugares pintorescos. El inglés del personal es muy bueno, pero no tienen todo tipo de suministros como otras cadenas de hoteles. No es muy conveniente si olvidas llevar artículos de tocador. Love, love, love this hotel. It is conveniently located next to Piole shopping mall and Himeji train station. The room size is satisfactory but what surprised us was the HUGE double bed which can literally sleep 3-4 adults comfortably. Beautiful hotel entrance and there's a nice cosy welcome area equipped with hot beverages and chilled fruit infused water for guests. Highly recommend for guests who seek convenience in shopping and sightseeing amenities. The famous Himeji Castle is within walking distance from the hotel!

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay, we booked on the day as we were on a roadtrip and were just looking for something cheap, $90 AUD for the 1 night. Customer service was excellent, room was clean, facilities were great and location even better. Placed right next to heaps of shops and places to eat.

No plastic flowers at the dining restaurant please.  Put watermelons and melons  for breakfast in summer. Get the room with perfect Castle view. Staff was professional. Room was clean Bathroom is clean  Air conditioning is excellent  For four star hotel in Kansai- Mercure Nagahama in Biwako has the best breakfast I have ever had.

hotel was amazing! reception was very friendly & allowed us to check-in around 1am as our train to himeji got delayed for 70mins room : spacious & clean! [10/10] location : very convenient, 3mins walk from himeji station [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

Close to the train station, many restaurants nearby. Some rooms face the railway, hence it's a bit noisy. Nice onsen.

Stayed in this chain of hotels before. As usual, service is impeccable. Monterey Himeji is ideally located, near train station, shopping and food joints. It is also quite close to Himeji castle as well. For those who drive, there is a private car park and there are staff stationed to help direct parking. Although the hotel is connected to the adjacent shopping mall, security and privacy is good - away from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

This time we stayed 3 nights at Hotel Monterey Himeji, which is very conveniently located with direct access to east entrance of JR Himeji Train Station. The buffet breakfast on the top floor has magnificent view of Himeji Castle, as well as good selection of local specialties such as eel rice, Himeji oden, Akashi-yaki, and Almond toast. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.
