Nautica Residences Hillarys

I book Nautica at the rate of AUD598, but was being charged AUD606+ instead, I notice that only when I check my credit card statement upon return from my trip, when checking w Trip.com customer service the property first commented the overcharge of AUD8+ was for shuttle service which I did not utilise as I am renting a car and drove myself, then 2nd excuse is it was bank charges, but the charges amount on my credit card was clearly stated the property charge my card at AUD606! Trip.com is kind enough to compensate that overcharge into Trip coin despite it's clearly the property integrity issue. I booking room at level 1 or 2 but was given a room at level 3 and we need to carry our luggage all the way up by staircase, there isn't a lift, so book at your own risk.

This is a return visit to Nautical Residences (we stayed for 27 days this time) and we were not disappointed. The room (202) was newly renovated and has views of both the marina and the Indian Ocean. The resort itself is always kept clean and tidy. The pool area is great (pool is a bit cold, especially when the temperatures reach nearly 40 degrees). Staff are all friendly and very helpful. My wife had an accident in our room one evening which required medical trea**ent. I made reception aware and the staff were superb and each time they saw us after they asked how she was doing (sorry I had to ruin a few towels guys!). Special thanks to Chris in reception who we have seen every time we visit. she always greets you with a smile and is always willing to give advice. Thanks again guys for a great stay and we will be seeing you in 2025 (if not before). Keep a sea view room free!

- Great location - great size of room - Some nice fixtures - great hot water and kitchen - a bit noisy at night (nightclub) - large chunks of food under couch when we arrived - remote control broken (even when we replaced batteries)

The apar**ent was quite spacious and 2 bathrooms very handy. Very close to all amenities. The only downside is noise from visitors coming home late, otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Nautica was a great place to stay! I will return due to a the friendly staff with great customer support, the clean and comfortable unit and beautiful, convenient location. Thank you!

Great apar**ent for a romantic weekend away.. Ideally located behind the Hillarys boat harbour with a variety of food outlets to choose from.. Only down side is there's no small convenience store close by.

Great spot for families, check in was easy and staff were friendly and accomodating. Would stay again.

I absolutely love this place, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. We booked into a 5-star hotel in the city-it was shocking so we rang around and found Nautica Residences. It is the best decision I have made. I have loved my stay here and would highly recommend Nautica Residences. I will stay here every time I come to Perth!

The windows and/or doors need fixing. The wind whistled and rattled through them all night disturbing my sleep. Because my vehicle was being serviced I’d indicated I might need to stay a second night but that never eventuated (fortunately) so the next morning at 9.45am I checked out only to be told that a second night’s charge had been processed against my card. No problem, the receptionist said and she reversed the charge. But she didn’t include the surcharge fee of $3.75. When questioned I was told they don’t do that on refunds.!?%# A small amount but I’m annoyed - hence this review which I normally wouldn’t bother with.
