Walking distance to hikone castle. Room is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy

very warming services from the front desk staff to the waitress inside the hotel they took good care of my bike and then delivered an excellent service during the dinner. the old lady took initiative to introduce me each dish. very nice she was indeed. the location of the hotel is great. even i didnt get a room with nice view but i still could see the hikone castle from the drink lounge and osen. so amazing view. the last thing is the food! the dinner is so nice

very statisfying stay with great views, lounges for drinks in the evening and nice buffet breakfast 👍🤗

Service was lovely and excellent! They even prepared a small gift for me as my birthday present. Can see the Hikone Castle from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are back to Hikone!

The place was so great and beautiful

After a crowded Kyoto, I love the peaceful and tranquil environment of this beautiful onsen hotel-ryokan and charming castle town. Everything about the hotel speaks of relaxation and well-being. It's only a 7-8min walk away from Hikone Train Station but there is a hotel shuttle that leaves at 9, 10 and 11 am if you need a drop off. Pick up could probably be arranged too. The hotel offers a pretty outdoor terrace with Castle view, an on-site spa with massage, a library lounge with free drinks till 10pm, a foot reflex corner and a compact onsen with a silk bath (all with Castle view) and hot stone benches. I had the whole onsen to myself in the evening, so it was very relaxing. The staff are kind and lovely too, making an effort to explain all the services and amenities in English. The buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones I've seen in my trips to Japan. If you're visiting the Castle, the entrance road is right outside the hotel. The main castle road is about 5-10 min away but you will pass by a famous Japanese confectionery, Taneya and Club Harie. Their souvenirs are one that even the Japanese cherish. I would wish to come here again with my partner one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

A very enjoyable trip Staff are hospitality

城堡景房間可以看到夜櫻和彥根城。2F的城見の湯很乾凈，前台CHECK IN的大叔親切，早餐日式，湖魚天婦羅茶泡飯比較有地方特色。 唯一的問題是空調有怪聲，間歇性發出怪響，雖然夜間我關閉了空調，還是會響，希望酒店方排查一下，儘早修復。

第二次入住這個酒店！非常喜歡！櫻花季的景色和夜景絕了！休閑舒服！餐飲、服務、環境各方面都很好！以後還會再來！

櫻花季的時候很推薦過來，不一定要選擇面對城堡的房型，飯店內到處都看得到。大浴場泡湯看城堡很享受，但是浴場很小，遇到人多的時候沒辦法泡。 食物非常好吃，很有在地特色。

とても良いホテルです。 彦根城のライトアップを部屋で見られる最高です フロントでおすすめをして頂いて3200円プラスしてでしたがその価値はあります 一晩中、ライトアップされた彦根城を眺めながら眠りにつきました。 また、時間制限がありましたがドリンクの飲み放題 お風呂上がりに彦根城を眺めながらビールを なんて素敵！ 朝食はその場で揚げてる天ぷら最高 ホテルの方々のお客様に対しても接し方は惚れ惚れするくらい素敵な方々でした。 残念な事は夕食の予約をしていなかった為、美味しい食事が食べれなかった 他を探しましたが運悪く、定休日が多く、早くに閉店してしまう、ディナーはホテルよりも高めで悩みました。予約は必須です。

洒店位置非常優越，在彦根城旁，櫻花季節方便賞花。從酒店住客lounge就可以直接欣賞櫻花美景。

前年來彥根的時候住的這家，當時就對酒店各方面都特別滿意，所以這次來仍然選擇了這家。可以説是完美酒店。 大浴場有巖盤浴很舒服，浴池的温度也剛好，不會特別燙。泡完還有免費的啤酒和飲料喝。 雖然離jr站有10分鐘的步行路程，但是到站可以打電話叫酒店來接，攜程的網絡電話可以直接打。當然這十分鐘的步行路程是非常值得的。 樓下殼店的柚子味增特別好吃，早餐的時候有提供，這次又買了7盒回去。下次會帶家人一起來住，是個放鬆度假的好地方。
