This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel — 3 stars at most. The hotel does not have its own beach. There is only a small rocky entrance to the sea. In the photos, you can see a beach everywhere, but that beach actually belongs to another hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are scattered all over the hotel grounds. They are old and in poor condition. The water slides at the hotel are simply terrible. They are very old and extremely uncomfortable to use. You can feel every single joint while going down, and it is actually painful. Some of the lifeguards who are supposed to supervise the pools and water slides were drunk every day and could barely stand on their feet. This was extremely concerning. The food was very repetitive — practically the same dishes every day. The meat was okay, but the fish was absolutely impossible to eat. The side dishes were also very specific, and some of them gave the impression that they were not fresh or even spoiled. The fruit selection was basically just watermelon and oranges. The hotel advertises itself as an all-inclusive resort, but in reality, it is basically just breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no proper drinking water available at the hotel. The water from the machines labelled as “drinks” was simply undrinkable — it tasted like seawater mixed with some kind of chemicals. The rooms are a separate issue. After we were given the key at reception, nobody showed us where the building was. There are many different buildings, and the signs are extremely confusing. We spent about 15 minutes walking around with our suitcases trying to find our room. The hotel advertises the rooms as renovated, but the room was in terrible condition. The doors were squeaking, and the bathroom window had been nailed shut, so it was impossible to properly ventilate the room. On the positive side, the bed linen was clean and the room was cleaned every day, so thank you for that. The sea itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, all these issues, especially the lack of a proper beach, completely ruined the experience for us. I would not recommend this hotel. Цей готель - це не 4*, це максимум 3*. У готеля немає пляжу. Є невеликий вихід в море з каміння. На фото скрізь видно пляж, але то пляж іншого готелю. Лежаки і зонтики стоять просто по всій території готелю. Вони вже старі і в поганому стані. Горки які є на території це просто жах. Вони старючі, на них неможливо зʼїжджати, зʼєднання на цих горках дуже сильно відчувається і дуже боляче зʼіжджати. Деякі рятівники, які мають спостегірати за басейном чи гірками - кожен день були пʼяні і ледь тримались на ногах. Харчування одноманітне, кожен день практично одне і теж ж. Мʼясо ще було ок, рибу їсти взагалі неможливо. Гарніри теж, специфічні і відчуття що не свіжі і зіпсовані. Фрукти були постійно кавуни і апельсини. Готель позиціонує себе як all inclusive, але по суті це завтрак-обід- вечеря. В готелі немає питної води, вода яка в апараті де типу «напої» її пити просто неможливо, відчу

I’ll start by thanking the hardworking staff who clean and disinfect every part of the hotel, and especially the restaurant manager, George, who ensures everything is of a high standard. The view of the sea is wonderful, and the hotel is located right in the resort; the fitness room could use a bit of a renovation, but otherwise, everything is wonderful.

The hotel is well situated, front sea, 3 pools and aquapark which is ideal for families with children’s. But, the hotel is quiet old , 70/80’s and rooms are clean but old fashion and bathrooms need to be refresh! The shower curtain hold was a kind of telescopic IKEA bar falling down all the time. Food is bellow expected level, always same foods and quiet often overcooked. I recommend you to have a budget to go dinner outside in the plenty restaurants around. Personal not very motivated and friendly. In short 4 stars is more like 2-3 stars level.

Is a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices: - old - multiple bads in a room - low quality food ( me and my 8 year son got digestive problems ) - all services very low - from reception, to cleaning - they do not replace towels, no vanity refill ( I had to buy: shower gel, shampoo, .... The only positive is the water features. ...but they have one life guard for 3 pools ! ( that sometimes also is serving drinks ! )

We spent a great holiday on a beatiful Island in a great hotel. Spetial thanks to the Manager of the restaurant Mario and its assistant Laoura for their care. The kept everything clean and in proper order. Hotel is located as close to the beach as possible. This is a great advantage.

I booked a week's vacation at eri beach but it was not what i expected,the hotel is in a great location but abandoned by the owners. THE STAFF WORKS IN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS AND IN A MODE OF TERROR FROM THE ADMINISTRATION ,which is non-existent.It was informed by the reception that there is a beach bar where we can drink our coctails,i visted it and found out that the girl was playing music from a specific country because these customers left tips,so the rest of us weren't there .The girl was talking to the camera alone,she was shouting suddenly and the worst thing was she didn't was the glasses with detergent,i didn't visit it again for fear of sticking something and i wonder if the management doesn't check if its staff is using psychiatric medication very girl's behavior is strange DO NOT CRUSH THE STAFF.

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Bereits bei der Ankunft machte das gesamte Hotel keinen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders schlimm war die Hygiene. Im gesamten Hotel gab es sehr viele Ameisen, und insbesondere im Badezimmer hatten wir extrem viele Silberfische. Das war für uns absolut unzumutbar und hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Auch unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer war richtig dreckig, das Waschbecken ungepflegt und insgesamt machte alles einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck. Auch die öffentlichen Toiletten waren sehr schmutzig und teilweise so ekelhaft, dass man sie nur ungern benutzen wollte. Das Personal an der Rezeption empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich. Zusätzlich wurden Gebühren verlangt, was unseren ohnehin schlechten Eindruck noch verstärkt hat. Auch das Essen hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Es schmeckte nicht frisch und machte teilweise den Eindruck, als würden Speisen vom Vortag erneut verarbeitet oder angeboten. Am Buffet herrschte außerdem großes Chaos, da sich Gäste vordrängelten. Leider hatten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts außerdem den Eindruck, dass deutsche Gäste nicht besonders willkommen sind. Eine freundliche und angenehme Atmosphäre haben wir leider nicht erlebt. Insgesamt waren Sauberkeit, Hygiene, Service und Essen für uns sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.
