"The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Well, no other hotel charged for this and here was an unpleasant surprise, I won't say that it spoiled all the time spent here, but there was a slight unpleasant aftertaste..."

"Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Prior to arrival, I had emailed requesting a better room given the special occasion. While I understood this was subject to availability, I was still allocated what I can only describe as a very poor and far‑away room. It was inconveniently located and significantly impacted our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities did not meet expectations for a 4‑star property. There is no proper beachfront access as advertised or implied only a small patio area providing access to the water, unlike the neighbouring hotel which offers a true beachfront experience. I was also surprised that even basic amenities such as a dental kit (toothbrush/toothpaste) were not provided upon request. This is a standard offering in most hotels of similar rating. Overall, my mother and I had a very unpleasant experience. If I could go back, I would not choose this hotel even at a higher price point, I would prefer to stay elsewhere. I would strongly recommend alternatives such as Hyatt or Huma, where I have stayed previously and received excellent service. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could review my case and consider offering a refund or partial compensation."

"Las habitaciones son de buena calidad: limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. Los comedores son tranquilos y ofrecen un ambiente relajante para comer. Sin embargo, la piscina de la azotea está constantemente ocupada por niños, lo que la hace menos agradable para quienes buscan una experiencia más tranquila. El spa, aunque suele estar vacío, resulta muy básico y carece del lujo o los servicios que cabría esperar. En general, una estancia decente, pero hay margen de mejora en cuanto a las comodidades para adultos y la experiencia del spa. Hamacas y sombrilla: ¡20 euros para dos! (¡En la playa!)"

"NEVER book a room in this hotel! We mixed up our hotel, i went to the toilet closed to the reception. after using the WC, the landlord attacked me. He said I had stolen something from him. I gave him my rucksack to see for himself that there was nothing there. He shook out my whole rucksack carelessly on the floor, where rare pills that I have a prescription for and can't find, spilled out. But he didn't even apologise! He chased me to my car and then banged on the roof of the car. He's completely inadequate! He spoiled the whole holidays!"
