Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure. Great place. And the breakfast is very comprehensive!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Convenient location. Everything is 5min within the hotel as it is located in the heart of Heraklion. The interior of the hotel + room would wow you with the modernity. Highly recommended!

전형적인 대형 호텔, 모든 것이 무난함. 지하철이 바로 옆에 있기 때문에 좋은 위치이긴 하지만 오모니아 역과 가까워 길을 잘못 들면 험한 꼴을 볼 수 있음. 오모니아 역에서 환승하려다 지갑을 소매치기 당했음.

衷心建議謹慎入住。我們第二次來克里特島很喜歡這個島嶼，但是這個酒店徹底改變了這次旅程。我幾乎不評論，這次印象難忘….首先房間有甲醛味，房間設計帶有安全隱患，服務非常差勁，前台和經理非常粗鄙。唯一的優點可能是地理位置，但是它的周邊有其他更好的選擇！

非常好！門口就是超市。小鎮很鬆弛！服務很熱情！酒店很有格調
