Oh, la estación central de trenes está a unos 10 minutos. Es incómodo llevar una maleta en un día de nieve, pero también hay tranvías que van directamente a la planta baja del albergue juvenil. La ubicación es conveniente y hay un ascensor, pero. Es un inconveniente tener que registrarse a una hora designada y no poder guardar su equipaje.

Buena ubicación y personal amable, y ESO ES TODO LO VENTAJAS. EL WI-FI DE LOS HUÉSPEDES NO FUNCIONÓ durante toda mi estadía y no hay ninguna red alternativa disponible, luego me perdí una reunión en línea. EL ENCHUFE DE LA CAMA ESTÁ ROTO, lo que hace imposible usar el teléfono o la tableta mientras se cargan, y LA PUBLICIDAD ES BASTANTE ENGAÑOSA: reservé una habitación individual en Trip.com, pensé que sería una habitación con baño privado, ya que no se mencionaba nada en el título, mientras que otros tipos de habitaciones se destacan por el "baño compartido". Bueno, y la INSONORIZACIÓN se puede ignorar. Tal vez "Hostel" sea mejor para el nombre.

No hay forma de conseguir una llave después de las 22:00. Esto es muy inconveniente; debido a problemas con la frontera finlandesa, tuvimos un retraso de más de 10 horas. El hotel lo considera como "no presentación", mientras que el cliente simplemente aparece un poco más tarde. También es difícil encontrarlo.

Senate Hotel, although basic, is situated well for local attractions - 10 minutes walk from the shops/ restaurants/nightlife of Helsinki city centre; 15 minutes walk from the harbour, if you arrive by ferry; and right next to Senate Square/Helsinki Cathedral. The hotel, itself, is based in an apartment building, on the fifth floor, and has ten rooms. There's a five-hour window, in which there's a receptionist to meet you (3-8pm). Outside of this time, you are given a code to enter the main door of the building, and then the front door of the hotel section, which I had to do. As it turned out, a friendly staff member was still there when I arrived, and I was fortunate enough to be given a free room upgrade. The double room I was given, was larger than average, and included a wash basin and small refrigerator. The bathroom and toilets are shared, but clean with a good, strong shower, and separate men's and women's toilets. There's also a small shared kitchen, so you could prepare food. My hotel room had a comfy bed, and good thick enough curtains which, if you're here in the height of Summer, means you won't be woken by the sunrise before 4am! The decor is a bit dated, but if you need info on what to do, where to go, and what's happening in Helsinki, there's lots of information. This is more of a short-stay hotel - a few days, at most, but if you need a well-located, warm, simple place to base yourself while in the city, this is actually a good choice.

這是10年來歐洲旅行酒店最糟糕的一次，簡直糟透了，連衞生間都不在房間裏，活脱脱回到40年前學校的生活，晚上還有酒鬼在走廊裏大聲喧嘩，一大早一個瘋癲癲的老外爬到我窗户外面…….然後走開，我什麼都不説，7:30離開， 攜程平台這樣推薦酒店，是自損信譽！ ****！ 活見鬼了，攜程會推薦這樣的酒店

這家酒店無論從哪個標準來説都超出了我的預期，房間大床品舒適，附帶廚房功能齊全，共用洗浴間條件也非常好，老闆很友好很細心，幾乎是面面俱到，讓我在這兒住了兩天有的回家的感覺，也讓我對芬蘭多增加了好感，謝謝！

服務品質和这栋旅館一樣古老。若不在他們工作时間入住，就不要來住了。我們已經事先多日前通知旅館我們会在他們下班时間后抵達，当日也再次通話知会，因為他們的只能靠傳訊息，才能得到開門的方法。而恰好我們的手机在旅行欧洲期間，只能通話及收訊息，無法回訊息。因此再三知会旅館。结果果然発生無法入住，他們工作人員还说打電話会有人接電話，结果全無。当天晚上十點多抵達，又低温负2-3度。真令人失望。雖幸房客下来抽煙，才得以入住。隔天遇到应該是旅館主人，客氣告知，但平淡没什麼回覆。希望要住此間旅館的朋友不會再遇到。这也是芬蘭此行唯一一間最没溫度的旅館。

注意是公共衞浴

Mejor de lo esperado, muy cómodo y adaptado al clima, pudimos estar 6 personas en una habitación pero con una puerta diferenciada para no molestarnos, varias ventanas y mesa grande para reunirse. Una cocina común con platos interesantes con la historia de Finlandia y una buena ducha para compartir

Amazing place! The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re planning a trip to Helsinki, this is definitely the place to stay—cozy, welcoming, and in a great location. Totally recommended!

It's a really great place exactly in the city centre with all facilities and everything they offer it's of a supreme quality! The lady in the reception so lovely, kind and polite, much appreciated! If you pass by Helsinki you must choose the Senate Hotel!

A wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms and a modern interior. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The location is convenient, making it easy to reach the main attractions. I had a great experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Great service ☺️ amazing old style lift and place! Close to city centre and all amenities. Super friendly staff and very reasonable priced. Quality beds and rooms. WiFi, shared kitchen and toilets. Baby bed especially for us so very family friendly.
