Valoraciones de B&B HOTEL Heilbronn

The hotel was located just in front of the Heilbronn Hauptbahnhof, which was superb for families with elders. The cleanliness was nothing to worry about, room design was simple and neat. With air conditioners was a big plus point during the summer! Definitely will staying here again when coming back to Heilbronn, one of the best stay throughout my travel!

Excellent small hotel. Very clean and away from the main street so it’s very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they don’t have a check-out process, so the cleaning staff don’t know if you have left or you are still in your room. The cleaning staff opened the door to my room at 8:30am on the day of my departure. I had just come out of the shower and was not wearing any clothes.(Check-out time is 12:00) I suggest implementing some kind of check-out process, or instructing staff to wait until 12:00 for opening the doors in occupied rooms.

Hello!! The room is very clean and have enough space. About the personnel, when I checked last August 31, 2023 around 5PM, the staff in the front desk was NOT FRIENDLY. I know & I understand that she is a foreigner because I am a foreign in Germany too. But she must act friendly AND POLITE. BUT the staff who is incharge & who entertained me in the front desk in the morning of September 1st was very friendly AND ACCOMMODATING. Then overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will give it a 10/10stars. More power!

前台服務非常好，依舊是很有禮，而且位置很近Heilbronn hbf 但就是住了3天也沒有熱水，只有凍水
