My stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointing experiences, from check-in to check-out. Having been coerced into purchasing a meal deal voucher immediately upon arrival, we encountered our first issue: the closure of the restaurant just five minutes later. Hastily directed to the bar area, we dined while observing a surreal scene — staff members and their friends helping themselves to drinks behind the bar, ignoring the usual exchange of payment. Regrettably, the room was no refuge; it presented a dismal picture. Stains marred the sheets, assorted marks defaced the ceiling, and the carpet was inexplicably damp — all clear indicators of neglect. The following morning's revelation was even more shocking. As a disabled guest reliant on accessible facilities, the state of the restroom was not just inconvenient but appalling. The accessible toilet was in a disgraceful condition with an overfilled sanitary bin, an overflowing sharps container, and, most distressing, feces smeared on the walls. This series of events signifies a grave lapse in service and basic hygiene standards. Unfortunately, it leads me to resolve that I will not be returning.
