When arriving to the resort at 4 PM check in the office was closed. The gate said it would be open until 5 PM. We called the after hours, phone line and nobody answered. After multiple phone calls and attempts, somebody finally answered and then hung up on us. We didn’t called multiple times with other groups trying to check in and finally got through to somebody who gave us a come out to a lockbox. The lockbox had mini envelopes and it went different last names we found our name went to that room number and the key did not work After calling over and over again, we finally were told to go across the street to a different lobby. That attendant was very unfriendly and helpful, but did it give us a new key and a new room number so we could finally move all our luggage to the proper room Customer service and communication here is low and there is no help or garbage anywhere outside
