Check in fue estresante, dos familias frente a nosotros y nos tomó 30 minutos para entrar al cuarto… el recepcionista muy amable y disculpándose todo momento por el retraso, cuarto muy limpio y el desayuno ni hablar, excelente como siempre.

Not that good at all. There was no one to check us in, our key didn’t work, the morning breakfast was horrible, it was dirty the list goes on and on.

Bathtub was cracked, outer area had trash everywhere and garbage cans overflowing. Staff was really nice but need to clean up better. Won’t stay there again

Check in was great. Property was run down. Room and elevators either stained or dirty. Breakfast set up person was less than polite.

Booked a room a couple weeks in advance and was told they had nothing available when I arrived. After an hour was offered a room with a single bed for three adults. I’m addition the lobby area and bathroom was dirty and had roaches. Never made it to a room but assume they were not much better

Short staffed. I arrived at 1am. Q was trying to resolve everything with no other help. I ended up waiting in line for a while.
When we finally got to our room, it was not double beds that we reserved. So my daughter and I shared 1 bed.
Hair dryer was not working and asked for one. But no other one available.
Laundry room inoperable.
Disapointing.
