*I recently stayed at this hotel in Hat Yai and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, which was a big plus for me. The location was also excellent, being close to the famous markets in Hat Yai. I loved being able to walk to the markets and explore the local food and shopping scene. The only downside was the limited parking available at the hotel. However, it wasn't a major issue for me as I was able to find a spot. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Hat Yai. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well-maintained. Just be aware of the parking situation if you're planning to drive. *Pros:* Clean and spacious room, great location, close to markets *Cons:* Limited parking available Would stay here again!

Location is fantastic! Walking distance to train station and lee garden/odean area. The hotel has many flies i think it is due to the recent flood. Many amenities is not available like toothbrush and shaver.

The location is very strategic its near to Kim Yong Market. And walking distance to Lee Garden. We had fun staying there, all the amenities is provided, service is good. Definitely will repeat it again! Thank you!

A walking distance to Kim Yong market. Accommodating staff. The room is really very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows..Highly recommended...

The front desk is not friendly. Collected key deposit 100Bath, didn't remind me to take back upon checking out.

Great hotel. My 2nd time staying here. Very convenient. Just a few steps away from Kim Yong market. Clean hotel room and friendly staff.

Everything are good except the water temperature was not stable and hard to control. I booked 5 rooms, two rooms water heater was not functioning and one room aircond was not functioning properly. The room feel like only have fan on but not aircond even I turn the temperature to 10°C. Maintainance come check few times also same. I didn't request for room change coz we will be checking out the next day.

Location is good. Hotel did some renovations but only started at lower floor. We have huge family staying & some in 3rd floor. Mine at 7th floor which still with old furnished. The water pressure at upper floor really worst & small. Need to wait longer for hot water. My room got lots of ants. My sister’s room got lizards n cockroaches too!!!! Overall are so so. Price is acceptable.
