My stay at S Hadyai Hotel was truly a delightful experience. What stood out most was the incredible staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made the check-in process effortless and were always ready to offer recommendations for local sights and dining. Their genuine warmth made me feel right at home, and it’s clear they take great pride in their service. The hotel's location is also a huge advantage. It's perfectly situated near many of Hat Yai's key attractions, making it a breeze to explore the city. We were just a short distance from the bustling Greenway Night Market and Central Festival Hat Yai, and there were plenty of great food options within walking distance. The convenience of the location, combined with the hotel's comfortable and clean rooms, made for a stress-free trip. Overall, S Hadyai Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hat Yai who values great service and a prime location. I would highly recommend it and can't wait to stay there again.

Big room and big bathroom, comfort experience and the workers are friendly!!

Unfortunately, we encountered severe flooding, so the experience was not good. Wishing everyone safety.

Industry style hotel and it's cleanliness and comfortable to stay. Location is nearby the China town.

To start with, the location is not the best. You will need a 7 to 8 minutes of walk to the nearest 7-Eleven and maybe 10+ minutes to Lee Garden so instead I'm took tuk tuk. Their services were great, polite and attentive. Facilities wise, I noticed there's a swimming pool beside where you'll be having breakfast there. I didn't have breakfast there but I did have a look, there's less options of food and I guess maybe it's due to less people having breakfast there? Overall, the building was nice and you may give it a try.

S Hadyai hotel is a nice hotel.The lobby is nicely decorated.The pool is clean and I enjoyed a swim there.The room is a bit small.The dark colour in the room makes it less comfortable.Be careful not to kick onto the wooden bed frame like I did.I hurt my foot like crazy.Overall,we enjoyed our stay there.

The standard room was clean with industrial modern feel. Like the bed ..... not to soft and with lot of pillows. The bath towel was fresh and very clean white. The hotel has a small pool and kids will love it. The breakfast was simple and light on appetite.

15mins walk from leegarden, decent location. Breakfast is mini buffet with one main course, I’d say it’s decent.

Everything was ok. No major complaints. Staff was friendly and checking in and out was very easy. Location is walkable to Lee Gardens.

Had an excellent stay @S Hatyai Hotel, Hatyai 🙏. Near enough from Hatyai town (20-25 mins walk) or 5 mins bike taxi ride, but away enough for very quiet day and night. Good restaurant and bars nearby, like 3-5 mins walk. Room was large, as my junior suite was 36/m2, with a firm double bed and excellent storage, but only drawback was the gym was closed down during the pandemic wothout reopening and deprive me of a short toning workout!  Would i recommend to others : YES. Would i come back : YES PS ; before booking, i read some negative reviews and after staying, would say most are unjustified, like guest dirtying hotel towels and getting deposit forfeited, which i think some people abuse their privileges as guest and used "white towels" to wipe beyond their body parts and stain the towels beyond normal machine wash cleaning! So pls respect house/guest rules and have i bit of consideration of the next batch of guest coming and needing for use the same towels you treated like rags yah! Btw, i am not a paid reviewer, just your average joe, not feeling abusers emotions or bad mouth about feeling hotel staff scamming them! Good day.

Location was not far from central but surroundings did not have shops nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were the best
