Estaba en una vacación en Sakleshpur y me quedé en el “Malige Residence”, Hassan por 2 noches. La idea de quedarme en Hassan se debe a que se encuentra a distancia de Belur, Halebeedu y los lugares turísticos de Sakleshpura. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones, y el personal ha estado en contacto con el hotel. Hay un restaurante con el nombre de Parijata, y hemos pedido cena en nuestra habitación desde el restaurante. También hay un contador de snacks vivos acompañado al hotel. Habían un área de estacionamiento dedicada para coches. En general una buena experiencia.

Room was sparking clean we spoke to some of the staff and told like how well management take care of everybody. Activity centre was great swimming pool was huge and kids enjoyed. Food was good though I think some of the food items can definitely be improved in taste especially prep during rush hours. the way you take orders, deliver the food items, the way you speak and amange calm during rush and how you come back and communicate can definitely be improved. We had one experience of extending the booking with one of the front desk executive and the minimum I was expecting is a prompt response from your side to at least let me know what is possible what is not possible but we had to follow up multiple times. During check out the buggy was super delayed, car cud not come near the lobby gate and we could not fetch water. Food was packed for us and thanks for that. Bidding adieu can surely be better. It's a beautiful place with great amenities just work on your hospitality bit and you will shine better.

UUsuario invitadoThe property is beautiful in the midst of coffee estates. Well maintained. Swimming pool good. However there are not many other things to keep you engaged. Food is good but choices are not many. The best part is evening tea with hot bajji s. Spa service is good. However there are many area's that need improvement. There is no sign post to tell us where to turn off the main road to climb the hill. You have to depend on google. The reception is understaffed and there is only one lady to do the check in, check out, billing, take calls from the rooms etc. Checkout was delayed quite a bit. Also anything you request from the rooms take a long time, once again because they are understaffed. There are no umbrellas in the rooms. I am sure we could do with one in each room. We had to wait till the rain stopped to go for dinner. A few more recreational facilities are required.

UUsuario invitadoThe resort is located in the midst of mountains and forests. It is approximately 1 hour from sakleshpur railway station. The staff at the resort are very courteous. Once you order food it takes time for the dish to be served, but as per anoop, the cook they prepare everything fresh and hence it takes time. Although the taste is really amazing. We tried chicken patiala, methi malai chicken, grilled chicken and caramel custard. The breakfast spread and quality although can be improved. The offroading suggested by dhanush was a real adventure. The landscape and pool is good. Rooms are also nice, only thing is they should be proactive in cleaning in verandah outside the room, specially since there are light insects which fall there. However overall found a good 2/3 nights stay.

Pros : Hotel está justo bang en sakleshpur ciudad 500 Mts de la estación de autobús antiguo espacio de estacionamiento y buena personal Cons : 1. Ellos no tienen ascensor. Nos quedamos en el tercer piso y el paso de subir fue un desafío para los niños 2. No hay teléfono en la habitación. Esta es una exigencia básica. Para las pequeñas necesidades, tuvimos que bajar a la recepción 3. El gran descuento es que no tienen ningún restaurante. Sólo tienen un bar. Para las familias, tienes que sacar el coche para bF, almuerzo y cena cada vez que es doloroso. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no es un hotel muy agradable.
