"We arrived after a 4 hour drive at around 9.30pm. We had dinner included in our package and had already booked a table in the restaurant for 9.45 online. When we arrived we were told dinner service finished at 9pm - this is not the staff's fault but obviously very inconvenient to us given we've never been to the area and it's now 10pm... We did eventually manage to get a takeaway at midnight. The receptionist did very kindly refund us the money paid and the 2 ladies on the bar were also very kind. The atmosphere was good and the hotel in general was very tidy. We will return and make sure we can arrive earlier to enjoy dinner next time. It would be a good idea for the website availability times to be updated."
